7Chindrey speaks down to people and is very unprofessional. She has never been kind on the several occasions I have had to speak with her. I’m glad I won’t have to deal with them anymore. I wish I had gone to another location for my medical equipment.
Chindrey doesn't follow directions and is extremely rude. Lousy attitude
The people there are awesome. Very friendly, very professional & made me feel at home. Answer any questions you may ask & make sure you understand the answer.
I had to have a back brace & was shown how to wear it & how to put it on & how it will help my back.

Hanger Clinic @ the Fairoaks office Rocks! Shindrey an her office staff are Wonderful, Kind, Courteous Just Great! Miranda and Scott are Both Awesome. Had to have a hinged ankle brace made and was fitted. Had it for about a year and was having problems with it off and on over that year with rubbing issues and breaking through my skin graft. Scott and Miranda redesigned the brace to a different style and it corrected all of the rubbing issues I was having. Hanger Clinic Fairoaks is just an all around Awesome place for Orthotics! I wouldn't got anywhere else!
Went to Hanger Clinic to have my Mom fitted for a hand brace. Everyone in the clinic was helpful, knowledgeable, kind and professional. We left with 2 recommendations (1 the climic orders, and 1 I can order) which will help Mom tremendously. Highly recommend them.
They are very courteous and seem to care a lot about your comfort and needs when they are making whatever type of support you need.
Staff was very helpful. I was fitted for a brace by Scott, who was excellent. Thank you Hanger clinic for making my life easier.
