Reading reviews, i really don’t know who is posting these reviews especially when they never been to the place. I been going there for years and really appreciate the help and positive know-how. By the way I am Mexican if you all are wondering!
So far my experience has been honest and straight up professional industry leader. I am just so shocked and appalled with those recent reviews and wow that is just crazy talk yall.

Even though the prices changed and went up. 50 on their drinks, i still love their service and this place. Quiet and peaceful for studying and chitchatting with a friend in quiet manner.

The atmosphere is like a close-knit family. Very friendly staff members who clearly has regulars and makes an effort to really connect people. I got the birthday latte (less sweet) and it was really good. My bf got the matcha latte with added honey & condense milk but it wasn't sweet at all. It was subpar at best but I'm still coming back to try all there other creative lattes!
