Quick service! Had them come out for the 44 point service. Technician (Raul) looked at everything and suggested we needed new rollers, causing the squeak that we were hearing, we had them replaced. Raul said everything else looked good. Will recommend them to all my friends….

Buyer Beware when dealing with this company. I was the victim of gross over-charging by Hanson Door. They came out for the $79.00 inspection service and said I needed a new front roller assembly (which cost less than $20.00) and proceeded to charge me $250 for less than a half-hour of labor and the part. I challenged them on this over-pricing and they never responded until I had to contact them again! They are not a reputable or honest firm si watch out!

Could not get out of our garage. Called Hanson Garage Door and the Tech was prompt and quickly assessed our problem. Got a whole new system - opener, springs, rollers. And the price was very fair. Excellent service. Already recommended them to a neighbor and they too were also very satisfied. Thank you for coming to our aid.

I scheduled a maintenance visit because my garage door was making strange sounds. About 15 minutes before the appointment the service tech, Raul, called and said he was going to be an hour or so late. I told him that wasn’t going to work since I had other appointments planned. He said that he would come right away.
When he arrived, he was upset and had a very bad attitude. He sprayed some magic dust on the door rollers, but spent most of his 15 minutes trying to sell me a new opener which I didn't need.
Raul did not address the issue that I had called about. He was in a bad mood and was very difficult to be around. I called the Hanson Garage Door office and left 2 messages for the owner to call me, thinking maybe I could get the door problem addressed. The owner never returned my calls.
If there was a rating less than 1 star, i would go with that. There are lots of other options. Hanson should not be one of them.

My complaint isn’t with the service or timeliness, but $600 to have a track replaced on one sliding glass door is ridiculous. My advice would be to find another door company that is more ethical with their pricing.

I never write a review but the folks at Hanson were amazing. What would have been a $6000 new door they were able to fix like new for a mere fraction. Not only were they professional and courteous but they contacted me several times on the exact time they would come. Definitely a great company and special thanks to their great employees Tony and Lalo.

They tried to price gouge my parents. After questioning a tech it turns out the owner, David Hanson, hires criminals, and does zero background checks, hence the overly high prices. Be aware and Be informed. SCARY.

Absolute rip-off of a company! Go with another one. After 2 years, both remotes do not work. I had a garage door installed on my last home in another city. 12 years, never any issues and battery replacements not problem. This company? Not the same at all. I now have to pay $60.00 for them to come and do a service and the office employee couldn't confirm if that covered new remote controls.he said I would need new ones.

Jose was early and knew right away what the problem was. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and very easy to talk with. Hanson door service was fast friendly and did an amazing job at fixing my sliding glass door. Before I called Hanson I was almost throwing my back out daily trying to open and close my sliding glass door. I couldn't even get it to close all the way, it would leave a couple centimeter gap that made it unable to lock. After Hanson replaced the rollers on my sliding glass door I could open it with 1 finger it was amazing! I thought there was no hope for my sliding glass door but Hanson proved me wrong and they did it in a timely manner too. After everything was all said in done the entire process took less than 1 hour. Overall Hanson door service has affordable prices, friendly customer service, and quick repair times. I will definitely be recommending Hanson door service to everyone I know!

Hansen Doors came for a scheduled garage door service. From my making the appointment last week, they have been most professional. They called me to offer me a cancelled appointment, which was not convenient for me but was certainly customer oriented.

Today, I was phoned and texted that the Tech was in route. He arrived on time and went to work. He was most qualified and professional. Apparently, the original install was poorly done. He immediately diagnosed my noise problem and offered the solution, which he promptly did. He fixed a wall opener switch that wasn't working, replaced a light bulb and made sure everything was running smoothly. Now my door is quiet and operates better than ever! I was impressed when he took my coupon and said the total was $69.95. Money well spent. Don't deal with other flakes that make promises and don't deliver, HANSON is the BEST!

I called a week ago.no call back called again 3 days ago said they were busy would call back in a few minutes, no call back.called again today i was told they had to take another call, i related this story and was told i was rude! Really.found somebody else.i am a marketing expert.why spend so much money on ads, why bother if you don’t call customers back who want to spend $. Makes no sense!

Dude was sitting in my driveway at 7: 55 AM for an 8-10 window. I was told 69.00 for a tune up, on the TV ad. The guy said $220.00 to replace rollers. He did a great job cleaning and lubricating everything, as well as installing the new rollers. He was gone in 45 minutes with a check. They would charge 3 percent for a credit card. Great job, but a little on the pricey side.
