Happiest Nails and spa, Oceanside CA

Went in for a gel pedicure, they did a great job! Facility was clean and overall a good experience.

This is an excellent salon! Very well run, super clean with great staff! I have been a customer for 2+ years and I have never had a bad experience. As a male customer, I am always made to feel comfortable. Service is terrific and very reasonably priced. The big screen TV is a nice touch, management always has something interesting playing.

If you are looking for different or new grwat nail salon experience, this is the place!

Mylyn is fantastic great attention to detail. A very calm countenance, wise. The shop is clean, everything is sanitized. I will be a returning customer.

Tara does an amazing job, she pays a lot of attention to detail! I’m a perfectionist with my nails so it’s hard to find a nail tech that does a great job with shaping and painting evenly but she does an effortless job. Definitely my go-to nail salon in Oceanside.

I went to get my nails done and the girl did the wrong finish. I pointed out the matte finish and reminder her as she was putting on the top coat. She did not do the correct finish and she and rhe manager just said sorry and charged me full price.
Those gels peeled off in 4 DAYS! I went back and explained to the manager everything that happened at she sat me down and said they will be redone. I picked a new finish but could not get what I asked for because they were so out of sequence they couldn't find it. When I pick something else the girl who was now nails had no idea how to do it! So I again did not get what I wanted or what I asked for, to add insult to injury they handed be a $42 bill. I was livid! These were suppose to be redone because of the terrible job that didn't last.
I will NEVER be back.

It was my first time in this nail salon and the quality of my nails is AMAZING! I love them so much! Jen did amazing! I will definitely be coming back when I need a fill thank you so much for giving me such beautiful nails!

Updated review about how right before Halloween Jen did an incredible job with my nails! I was going to dress up as Cinderella for Halloween and I told her “I don’t have any set idea but I want it to be Cinderella inspired” and they were GORGEOUS

We went for a Bachelorette meni-pedi. All of our experiences were not pleasant at all. Everything was so rushed withno proper treat.ent and massage as the package mentioned. One of our friends had bleeded finger after manicure. And colors were not exactly shown in the picture they provided. Also most of our gel nailpaint have bubbles. Nails had rough sharp edges left behind. For $81 dollars the experience was not worth it at all. Would NOT visit next time.

I went to get nails done, and nail tech keep insisting for me to switch from dip to acrylic. Then they changed the nail technician to another one who would not understand I wanted my nails in Square. The lady that did my pedicure said I was sensitive after she cut me during pedicure. She also did my massage rushed with lotion while she did not take off the mask on the back of my legs I explained it to her, but she said she was going to use water to take it all off anyways. It was not a relaxing experience

I used to love this nail salon, lately though I just feel rushed. I spent $60 for a gel manicure which chipped the next day because the nail artist rushed the drying process. The people are friendly but I don’t feel valued.

I'm visiting my old home town of Oceanside and showing my daughter how nice the area and people generally are. She had 3 nails break and needed a quick fix. We went to happiest nails because we'll duh. It's supposed to be the happiest. Right?
WRONG!
my 17yo daughter goes in and happiest nails quotes an outrageous price of $50 to fix 3 nails but we just don't want to drive around looking for deals so we are prepared to fork out this massive $16.67 per nail repair.
I wasn't feeling well so I waited in the vehicle. When my daughter came out she was very distraught and I asked why. She said that they charged her card $65 when it was done.
My daughter is very soft spoken and doesn't challenge anyone however that changes after this experience of spending $21.67 per nail to get repaired.
I was so pissed but my stomach hurt too much to go in and tell them to refund the difference or else I would call my bank and dispute the charge.
Instead I decided to write this honest review of how this place is the happiest to take advantage of sweet naive young women forcing them under duress at the register during check out to pay a massive overage on an already ridiculous quote.
I sincerely hope people read this review and they go elsewhere so this place loses more revenue than they ripped my daughter off.

Stopped coming here when I made a reservation and they made me wait 35 minutes past my appointment time. Tried to give it another try today and they said it would be a 45 minute wait to get my gels off, which takes 5 minutes. Good for them for always being busy, but I didn’t find it worth the wait.

Worst experience. Nail technician rushed me through the color picking, then pried off my acrilic nail making me bleed! Then had no control of the electric file and hurt me again. I wish I got the name of the tech but please be careful going here.
