I will differently go back. Kim was very professional and fast. I went in for pedicure and full set and was done within 1 hr and 30 minutes. Totally love my new set and pedicure. I will differently be back.

I went to get my eyebrow removed and they left me shorn. I won't go back to that place.

Excellent gel manicure by John ty my nails look beautiful! Pedicure was excellent & the massage by John so goood! John u r the best!

Annie is my lady! Love her tons…. She is amazing and so great to talk to and joke with! We catch up on our lives and before you know it. 1 1/2 hours is over and my toes and nails are perfect! Everyone there is so kind and it is very clean!

More expensive than most, but just OK work. I had a mani-pedi, but just got clear polish on my fingernails. If they did put a top coat on (only 2 very quick coats, so definitely not both base and top), it sure didn’t seal tightly, as the polish started peeling off the next day.

If you’re in a hurry, you’ll really like these girls. But if you want a relaxing, pampering treatment, maybe look elsewhere.

I'd like to update my review! I usually have an amazing time here but today I was treated so horribly I had to leave. Someone who had never done my eyebrows absolutely botched them and was so rough and rude to me the entire time. I left the room and expressed my concern and a lady said someone would fix it, but after waiting 5 minutes staring at my eyebrows I just had to leave because there was nothing anyone could do and no one really seemed to care. I left very upset and the girl that botched them kept talking about me because she didn't think I understood stood her. Never underestimate a world traveler! I am mortified at her blatant disrespect and that they allowed her to continue to disrespect the workplace and all the customers in the shop. She also charged me full price so I canceled my pedicure and left. My family and I will never go back.

Need to wear mask.especially if sneezing.then they laugh at you for asking.unprofessional.

Love the staff especially Jannet. (sorry if i mispelled your name) have been going here for years now. My permanent place unless I move.

First of all, I’m not one to complain unless there is a good reason. I asked for a full set because I’ve had multiple fills and she would not do it. One of my nails was broken and she then glued on a completely different shaped tip on that one nail, and then when I asked about it she told me that she would file it to look the same and continued to fill my other nails. When I stopped her again she said that I had to pay her ten dollars and continued to argue that it would look the same once it was painted.
The woman who was doing my Aunts set refused to soak the old set off and continued to file/drill them while her natural nails were breaking and shredding and my Aunt was almost in tears from the pain.

Excited to come because my daughter wanted mommy and me time. Approached the desk. The receptionist was rude. They didn’t clean their utensils. I watched as they used their utensils on a previous pedicure client on mine. I’m trying to be a good sport and not to let it ruin my day. But an older lady received a mani & pedi. As I watched him check her out he paid her no mind as he watched his show. She left 7$ tip and they laughed. Trying to split her money as one tech got 5 and one received 2. This place left such a bad taste. I wouldn’t recommend even if you’re in the area shopping.

The girls are quick all tools are sterilized it’s clean and all girls are great at what they do

This was such a relaxing visit. I am so pleased with my nails, hand and feet. As always Kim does a phenomenal job.
