4I think I know why this nail salon is only a 3.6 review. Unfortunately, this salon is so busy, their focus primarily on churning through clients quickly. Their customer service is lacking and most of their employees do not speak English not that that matters but it’s hard when you’re trying to explain some thing and they do not understand what you are requesting. I paid $70 for a manicure that should’ve cost $35. Buyer bewareThumbs way down!
My wife says this is a great place. And I never argue with my wife! Lol.
Called to have a pedicure done. No appointment necessary, but I do recommend it especially Friday to Sunday. They are usually very busy during these days. Anyway, walked in greeted by an associate, technician was notified we were there, came out, greeted us, pointed to our seats, introduced herself, Jenine (sorry, if misspelled) very nice, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I had a really bad ingrown nail and she took it out, although it was a little painful, she took the constant pain I was having away. Anyhow she was very attentive and she took her time and did a nice job.
I don’t normally post negative reviews, but I had a really poor experience at this salon.
Right from the start, we had poor customer service with the woman at the front. She was impatient and very short with us. She acted like we were a hassle even though we made appointments. We actually wanted to leave before we sat down because she was so rude.
My manicurist was unfriendly and rushed. She charged me for acrylic nail shaping without telling me in advance that it would come at a cost. I asked for a manicure and acrylic set, and my “manicure” was only her cutting my cuticles (for $7). No massage, she did not clean underneath my nails, she hardly soaked my nails.
My acrylic set was very thick and uneven. The gel polish chipped after only 2 days. It looks sloppy.
Worst of all, the salon manager and my manicurist made me feel like an imposition, despite being a local, polite, paying customer. I will not ever return to this salon.
