Happy Car Wash

I got the wheel deal - I truly admire these hardworkers! Having kids and pets ride in the car - it can get a bit overwhelming for me - after the visit - the carpets are spotless (well they need shampooing but that's on me) the windows sparkling - no puppy noses or fingerprints - the wheels look new - I appreciate them!

I was having a bad morning, workers at the oil change place were extremely kind and it was overall just a pleasurable experience. Made my day better. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve received in awhile.

Wayover priced and the people don’t even wash the cars right my car but supposedly detailed there they charged or 200 bucks and I couldn’t even see out my back window

I don't usually leave reviews but these guys r special so I take my car to get an oil change and they take off my splash guard on my car n never put it back on and it was raining that day they didn't mention anything about the complimentary car wash r a raincheck, then I go to them again to get my oil changed with hopes of recovering my splash guard I informed them of the sitiuation to see if they possibly still had it at which point I was told no so they proceed with oil change and car wash, then I go to pay and on my reciept these guys put a lil notation it said customer said we took off engine cover? , but engine cover is currently on. First off all you should actually listen to your customers especially when I'm paying you $150+ for an oil change I never said once that I was missing my engine cover I said splash guard, now I don't work n a garage all day but I know the difference between the the 2 so if you ever can't figure it out one goes up top and one goes on the bottom of the car I mean splash guard doesn't even sound anything like engine cover so I'm wondering how you can confuse those 2 and y did u write that on my reciept that's weird if u ask me, just to make me even more mad at myself for just spending over $300 dollars on 2oil changes well plus the cost for my splash guard so my 2 oil changes cost me over $500 plus my air filter I had to replace from all the debris that got into my engine compartment look if you're not adequate enough to do the job please don't attempt the service or even offer it bc there's nothing worse than over paying for less than mediocre service and then paying again bc of their lack of expertise, experience, efficiency, standards, customer satisfaction, dont go to them I should've known if they offer you a free car wash with oil change it's for a reason probably so they could attempt to wash away any evidence of botched reparations they attempted on your vehicle my advice is do not go here unless you want to pay twice, and over pay at that,

Find another car wash. Paid for a full detail, they did ok on interior left some soap marks in my seats but overall was oak. They DID NOT hand wax my vehicle (which I paid for). After arguing with the technicians I went home and waxed the whole thing myself. After doing one section it was obvious all they did was run it through their auto wash, guess I should of watched the whole three hour time period.

It's Sunday July 9 at 11 am. Great terrific work done by these people. Total thorough cleaning and wax. Cleaned everything. The intersting part? The employees are happy. If you have dour faced dude working on your car, he aint gonna do a good job. GREAT WORK!

Now the weird: I pull up to entrance and hand attendant my keys and he gives me reciept. I go to office to pay and have a seat at waiting area. 5 minutes later, on of the employees comes back and sez there's something wrong with my side btake. Huh? So I hobble back over there and it turns out they dont know how to release the parking brake! Omg. But then again my truck is a 2002, so.

I had some cash inside glove box. All the sudden when I took my car to this car wash all my cash disappeared. When I told the manager there it seems like he doesn’t care. If you want your stuff to get stolen than come here.

Decent car wash. No complaints. Car wash club is a cool idea though I didn't purchase it. Probably will though.

I was recommended this place by a mechanic friend of mine. Especially the interior of the car I brought there was terrible with tons of stains on the seats, sticky dirt on the door interiors, the cupholders, panel, etc! The price they offered me was really good for the detailed job I asked for. As for the result, actually better than I expected! Not only stains on the seats and all the sticky dirt removed from every corner of the interior but also the paint from some other cars smudged on the body was gone! So can recommend this place to a friend with full confidence!
A word of advice: Rather than choosing a ready menu as if you're in a fast food restaurant, talk to the manager Ali first and tell him what you want exactly and let him assign you the quote and relevant job, as I did:)

Why did I pay $26 for this wash? Not 100% that they care to actually clean you car unless your getting their overpriced “high end wash” they didn’t even wipe down the whole inside, let’s crumbs on the floor, seats door and dash. Listen they were quick and easy, I asked them not to clean the back seat of my car since there was a bunch of my work stuff back there. You think they would have at least spent an extra minute on the front since they didn’t have to do the back. Guess not. Listen I didn’t expect this car to be perfect when I was done, but figured they would at least wipe down the whole inside. Maybe that’s too much to ask for in this day and age.

Rude person at the car wash. Doesn't speak English. My company opened a account here to wash the company trucks, and the guy at the car wash area was refusing to wash it because of the roof rack. Ive been here numerous times in the same truck. Never a problem. Now I had to pay a extra $20 for them to hand wash it. And while I was waiting for my truck, I watched a different company truck go thru the car wash with a roof rack with a ladder on top.then as you can see in pics they didn't clean the truck. $50 to hand wash and clean inside and it looks like this. That's just a few pics. The whole truck looks like this.

I previously had them rated higher, but today, I took my mother in laws car for a wash since it had a lot of bugs from a recent trip. Paid for the deluxe wash and the person I spoke with said he'd make sure the bugs were gone. Well, the bugs were NOT gone. The car is now damaged and they didn't clean it, there was still trash in the car hair, dust, and worst of all the paint on the hood is damaged. I'm not going to say there wasn't a spot there prior because there was, but we've taken this car to them previously without issue. This time, however, the paint damage is 4 times bigger and flaking more. Idk what happened. Regardless of the damage, the car wasnowheree near clean. AND they took the change out of the car and kept it.

Used Happy car wash for there registration services. TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone was polite and had a great energy around there work center. Highly recommended everyone use them than the actual DMV office. Especially service members.

Ari was so helpful he saved our family over $2K. Ari listened to us and actually put in the work to assist us in our unique situation with our car registration. Thank you Ari to you and the rest of the staff there for there assistance.

AGAIN GO TO HAPPY CAR WASH NOT THE DMV.
