I agree, this place is unorganized. You will make an appointment then they will accommodate another client with the same time as your appointment. When you get there, they bump you and have you wait for another hour. So unprofessional. Customer code of ethics 0.

Best massage! I usually go to a National massage brand, Happy Day Spa is hands down much better. Amy was great and very professional. Place is nice and clean. I will be going back.

This place is very unorganized. It happened twice already when I called and made an appointment, but when I’m there on time, they tell me they have to change the time. Some people are very busy that’s why we make appointment. If you want to change it, at least let me know early. I don’t like wasting time. This is unacceptable. Not very professional.

The staff are polite, you don't need an appointment, and the price for a massage is very reasonable. However, they speak very little English, so it can be difficult to ask for exactly what you like or don't like (for example, I don't like when they crawl on top of me to use their knees for a massage, or crack my bones!). You also can't make an appointment with a specific person from what I can tell, you just get whoever is next in the back. And they definitely don't have the same regard for modesty that a place like Massage Envy does (covered with a sheet at all times), which was OK up until a point, then it was too much. They also made me pre-pay for my massage this most recent visit (I guess they've had problems with people walking out on them? I've never had to pre-pay for a massage before).
