Happy Ice, Los Angeles CA

I saved this place to my phone from an internet review, years ago. I finally got to try some when I moved to LA. I was very pleasantly surprised how delicious and smooth this dessert is… really something special. I have been back a few times now and I always enjoy the experience. It’s very colorful and the decorations are nice - small inside - not much seating… I really expected such bright colors to taste artificial… the fruit flavors taste great and the texture is so soft and smooth. Love it.

Everything was solid from this spot. Only two things I wasn’t the “happiest” with, pun intended - 1) price is a little too much. $12 for some flavored ice and 2) ice cream was delicious, but portion was way too small. It almost felt like the ice cream on top was the same proportion that whipped cream would get if put on top of a drink. Whipped cream is usually a free option though.

Had a wonderful experience with Happy Ice for our team. Neil was early for setting up the cart and was great to work with. Asia was also great in organizing the logistics of the event with me. Will definitely use them again for our team event next year.

Waited months to try this so disappointed but hey everything isn’t for everyone in my opinion the oat milk soft serve taste like clay:/ as far as the shave ice i think italian ice is better but it makes for really great pictures!

This stuff is amazing I took my kids to the truck which was in Inglewood at the time by the forum and I give it 5 stars

We invited Happy Ice to our corporate office for a team engagement event and it was a hit! Everyone was so pleased with the tasty treat, but I was so happy with the ease of service and how organized the team were. I basically did very little to plan the event and that just made the whole experience so nice during a very busy holiday season! Would suggest Happy Ice for all events and will grab a cup anytime I see them around town.

Visited lastnight for Halloween with my Daughter for the First time. Ordered the Time Machine it was Amazingly Delicious. Also Customer Service was 10/10 will return!

Really good! It is a very unique desert and something different! I would recommend getting the ice with the ice cream on top!

Soft serve and water ice is really good. Parking is bad go more early. Overall would recommend to someone who likes soft serve, they will fall in love

One of the best shaved ice I've ever had. Wish they would put one in the San Fernando Valley area.

No bad but it's a knock off of Rita's. Rita's is way better and more flavor options. On to the next place

AMAZING! Hard to believe it’s vegan too. Normally not into that kind of stuff but this place I wouldn’t even have known. I drove from Huntington Beach to get here (1.5 hours) and I will definitely be making the drive back atleast once a month! It’s soooo tasty!

Happy Ice was the highlight of my birthday weekend LA excursion. I ordered the strawberry watermelon with the bean ice cream on top, and it was simply delicious. I can't wait to visit them again. The associates were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable of not only the product, but the owner as well.

I was really impressed. I am not a fan of snowcones or shave ice typically. This was better than both. I have not have not had a comparable desert since Hawaiian shave ice in Hawaii. Staff was super nice too.

We are big fans of Happy Ice and just knowing that the 5-star customer service is also available outside of the store is AMAZING! We used the Happy Ice Buggy service on August 5,2023, and we also used the Happy Ice Cooler on August 12,2023. Both times the service was top notch! Thank you, Happy Ice, for ensuring our staff and guest was Happy and cool.

My sister basically begged me to take her on our last day in LA before we headed home and I'm glad she did. One of the best places to get a frozen treat. The staff was super nice and it didn't take long to get our ice. If I am back in LA I'll definitely be back with who ever is with me because so worth it. So mad I didn't take a picture tho
