This review is long overdue. Happy Jewelers is my go to for all things jewelery. Armida took fantastic care with helping to create the perfect custom engagement ring for my Fiancee and made the process extremely easy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again Armida and the team at Happy Jewelers for creating something that we will treasure for a lifetime!

If your looking for a super attentive associate to help answer all your questions and great customer service. This is the spot! From the moment you walk in and are greeted there are associates who help walk you through your purchase. They have great looking jewelry, and once you purchase you can walk in any time to have them take a look at the setting, clean it etc. I'm impressed with their level of professionalism and dedication to keeping their customers happy. And always returning for their future needs! I've bought most of my jewelry there and refer them to whomever is interested.

Getting information about your purchase and communicating in general is like pulling teeth. Definitely not getting treated like in their videos

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon when they were BUSY. I almost kept going because of how busy it was, but I'm glad I stopped. From the time I got to the door, D doing security was very welcoming and did a great job getting people directed where they needed to go. I ended up working with Danny to sell a jewelry piece. He was very hospitable in a genuine way and was not high pressure at all. He took the time to talk to me like I was important and I appreciated that! I will definitely be going back!

When I started looking for the right place to buy an engagement ring, I asked four friends where to go and three of them said I had to go see Happy Jewelers and ask for Armida. Since then I have sent three other peoople for numerous reasons. Did I mention I live in Texas and got referrals from friends in Chicago, Cincinnati and San Diego?

Very sad to say I had a very poor experience with over the text conversation with a representative at this establishment one would assume that they would be ok with texting as on their website it says and I quote you can text however after wanting to inquire if they would do a trade for my Rolex for another time piece a JLC Reverso and a Tudor black bay I was very happy when the representative texted me with a beautiful hello after wards it took all the day for a response to the point where I had to beg for the rep to text me and every time they would respond it would be repetitive I started the conversation at 1 and ended at 8 and in that time the rep responded a total of 3 times and it was because I was constantly asking for a response the rep claimed that the store was busy but I feel like In the 7 hours they could’ve given me at least 10 min of their time the ending answer from the rep was I don’t have the 2 time pieces your looking for and need 2 days to find them and then I can give you a price very sad that I wasted my whole day for just a simple answer.

I just got to say that this is probably the best jewelry store I’ve ever been to. When my now fiancé went to get an engagement ring everyone was super friendly and helpful! I couldn’t be happier with the ring I received.

I think it important to mention this place is always always packed but from the security guard to the many employees it’s so friendly and efficient. Both times we were helped by JJay who is incredible! Our experiences were so personable and fun. You really walk away feeling great and well taken care of!

We didn't have the best experience here, unlike most other reviews. Ended up going with another company who seemed more competent and could handle everything in house.
