The lunch was amazing with the original and tomato based broths and assorted veggies. Ordered a few extra dishes like the shrimp paste, silken tofu and broccoli. Decor was modern and clean and the service was excellent and friendly. No hosted sauce bar. Each cost $0.75 per dish.

It is not the place where pure vegetarians can dine in. There are very few options and if you're trying for the first time visit early not in a crowded time. The taste is good but you smell other dishes too if you visit during peak hours.check ingredients before you order broth.

Haven't been here since before the pandemic and it was just as tasty as I remember! Very clean and well lit. Staff was friendly and quick. All the food was very fresh and served beautifully. We particularly enjoyed the sesame bun, the mushroom platter and the pork dumplings. We brought five kids with us of varying levels of pickiness and even the most picky enjoyed the noodles! I think the experience of cooking the noodles in rich, bubbly broth added to their willingness to try it. Highly recommend!

I absolutely enjoyed my first hot pot experience here. Service was good, the ambiance was beautiful, and the selection was pretty vast. I will definitely be coming back!

The place is nice and services are good. The foods are fresh. The only issue I have is the soup base, it is really salty and the spicy broth is not spicy at all.

It was a ok experience, green pepper was not the fresh one, hand sliced beef was not hand sliced, Price was ok, but nothing special, would never come back.

Best Hotpot in The Eastbay! We love Happy Lamb. Always clean with consistent service and food quality. The broth is the best we've ever tasted and the vegetables and meats are consitent and very good. We eat here at least once or twice a month. My 7yr old daughter loves it, even in the summer time.

Always wanted to go and try.but. I did. Definitely will be going again, I'm sure that it would be way better on a cold and rainy day.

I absolutely love this restaurant! You can sample so many different delicious things and the spicy soup is divine! We particularly enjoy getting the mushroom sampler and the sesame bun.:)

Slow service but good service. Very helpful in deciding the soup and meat and noodles.

Haidihao is overrated, other than the robot delivering your hotpot ingredients, this place is as yummy. Service was pleasant.

We went there for the first time today with friends to have dinner and we all just LOVED the food! Fresh, beautifully dished and flavorful. The service was spot on and the restaurant is clean, modern and inviting. We definitely will be coming back!

Great ingredients with a nice and clean atmosphere. Staff was very friendly but the prices are on the high side. The premium soups were quite tasty and was an unexpected bonus.

The service at the place is amazing. If you are unfamiliar with the restuarant they make sure you know what you are ordering. Everything was so good I wanted to come back the next day for more.

Foods and service are fine, the spicy pot isn't spicy enough for me. I give a 2 star rating because they don't have garlic and sesame sauce when I went, which are must-have things for a hotpot restraunt.

Came here visiting family from out of state and it was a great experience. Since it was my families first time here, the server (Guy) showed us how to order and helped us make our first soup. The broth was delicious and the meat and vegetables were very fresh and the service was great.
