Happy Laundry, Woodland CA

First and last time coming to this laundromat! As I was loading the dryer around 725pm the staff lady spoke to me in Spanish saying they close at 8pm in order to hurry me up. I had multiple washer and dryers and I was loading my last dryer at 745pm when the staff lady told me that my clothes were not going to dry in time… I was then folding my laundry when she past by and put away the laundry cart I was using. At this point I felt uncomfortable and left with my laundry wet. When I noticed that they don’t close at 8pm, but at 830pm! Worst service ever and it seems that there is no change since they’re multiple complaints regarding the same issue and no solution!

I went to wash a small load and dry at 7: 15, the o line hours posted show 8: 30, the old lady's friend came out to the door to tell me they're closed, they close at 8, no washing they have to clean. When I stated well online it shows 8: 30, she then turned around and the older lady came to tell me they closed, it's very dirty and needs to be cleaned. I reiterated online states rhey close at 8: 30, she said ok fine you c an wash but it's very dirty. I decided not to wash there. This isn't the first time this rude lady has said things to me. I won't be back there to wash, especially when this isn't the first time she has been rude, spoke about me in Spanish, which I understand, and told me to hurry up, they're closing at 7.

Lady was rude. Tried telling me they closed at 8 in order to hurry me up when my dryer only had 4 minutes left and it clearly states they close at 8: 30

This is an excellent laundry, clean, all new commercial machines, vending. Machines take quarters or credit-debit cards. Attendant on duty, sign says same day wash and fold at $3.00/pound, but I didn't try the service. Soap etc for sale by attendant (pricey for convenience). Clean restrooms. Sinks, hand-soap, sanitizer in the laundry. Wasn't crowded at 4pm on a Tuesday. Plenty of parking. Plenty of laundry carts, adequate folding tables. Highly recommended without reservation.

Very hot and the air only targets the employees because it is so hot that it makes my nose bleed

Walked in to check if they had change machines before bringing clothes inside.
Man got up and followed me and ask if I needed something! I don't need that kind of distrust right off the bat. I will take my business elsewhere

The service they are providing is very bad the bathrooms are closed for clients washing the truth their employees lack a better character not recommended

New to town and looking for a place to do laundry. The rude old lady working there was giving me dirty looks when I walked in. Told me the bathroom was "broken" and barked at me before I got all of my laundry out of the dryer saying I dropped a dryer sheet. This miserable old woman made me walk back over to pick up one little dryer sheet. Yeah needless to say I won't be back!

They close whenever they like regardless of the posted hours on the door and online. Dryers are weak. The staff is extremely rude to everyone and their constantly giving clients the look. Never coming back here. I’d rather wash my clothes in the bathtub than coming back here.

When in town, this is where I go to wash. Always clean, not too crowded, though it can get busy. Bonus is fresh grilled food next door. Why go anywhere else.

Very rude staff. Don't be the last person there, even if you are there at the appropriate time. Same two women person mentioned below I suspect. Not going back. Reading the reviews. This was my experience too. Very rude to my son. Just nasty customer service.

The attention is bad, the people who are there are irritable, they don't provide the bathrooms, they run it at 8: 30, they are very rude.
