Happy Lemon Newark

I had a very disappointing experience at Happy Lemon recently. The disorganization was quite evident as they passed my order to the wrong person. To make matters worse, the wait time was exceptionally long, and they were far from transparent about it. The refund procedure was equally frustrating; they kept promising it would be done, but I had no idea when it would actually happen. Overall, a very frustrating visit that left me unsatisfied and unlikely to return.

Wonderful Boba shop! Great place, clean, terrific staff with great customer service. Well priced for Boba. If in Newark stop in and grab yourself some!

The person that accepted my order made multiple mistakes and my drinks tasted like water, wasted my money

Love this happy lemon everyone especially the gentlemen in charge are accommodating, fast and kind. I've never had a bad drink or something I didnt like. The kumquat lemon green tea is my favorite but I also recently started drink the A5 a milk trea with oreo tiramisu 10/10 would recommend. I come here a few times a week

It’s always a great experience here. Staff is friendly, especially Howie. Super friendly and makes my drinks right every time. Quality customer service and a amazing Choice of drinks to choose from depending what you are craving!

My son and I love coming here for our weekly boba dates! The drinks are always so good and fresh and don’t skip the bubble waffle, it’s the best!

We have been coming here for about a year now and always have top notch service as well as fabulous liquid treats!

The waffles are amazing! Make sure to order them fresh! The service was excellent and the tea delicious! The owner is very accommodating and the dining area is so spacious and comfy! Definitely recommend!

Drinks were exactly like other Happy Lemons so that was good. They also have a restroom that is accessible to customers but the staff has to open it for you

Last week, we ordered Oreo milk tea with boba but found no topping was added when we arrive home.

And when we come back this time to complain about the situation, the lady told us she’ll not charge us for our toppings and we agreed. But when we finished ordering, she told us she’s only reimbursing one boba and we still need to pay for other toppings because they did nothing wrong with those.

I had been a fan of happy lemon but this is a really unpleasant experience. PLEASE DO CHECK YOUR TOPPINGS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

We paid extra boba topping but got no boba. We came to the store but the store refused to make a new one. Only waive boba for a new drink or refund boba only.
That’s ridiculous!
My wife was a fan to this store and two boba tea everytime we pass. Now, SAD lemon!
