Happy Lemon Premier, Sunnyvale CA

If you love lemon flavor, you’d love this place! The freshly squeezed lemon with black tea is my favorite. 50% sugar combined with the sourness was perfect for me. The drink did not taste sweet at all.

Came in today to get a drink but the staff declined our orders cuz they said they are busy making orders for doordash and after we got out, they closed their store! What a joke!

The attitude of the waiter was terrible, it was the worst I've ever tasted, and the hygiene was filthy.

I like their A2 and A7 a lot. My daughter likes their mango matcha. The indoor is quite spacious for a boba place. Service is pretty good. The only small complaint is their boba topping is usually not ready before 12 PM.

Just wasn't impressed with the facility or the smoothie. I get the appeal, but just wasn't anything I'd go back for.

I placed an order for pick up and when I arrived at the store, it seemed like the employees were working with their head down. I was not acknowledged whatsoever and I even paid a 18% tip. I understand that businesses are dealing with being short handed and it’s even more difficult with business being more busier then normal, but to lack care and awareness of the customer is unexceptionable. Will not be coming back to this location.

Pretty decent. The first time I went, my drink felt bland in a sense—only tasting like milk. The second time was definitely better, but I had a friend who had the same complaint I had made prior.

Half of the boba was hard but whatever. Employees just stare at you when you are picking up your order. I’ve had this happen at two locations, so maybe train your employees to not look like they hate their jobs.

Have been going to place for more than an year, staff has been generally helpful.
However new staff from last 3-4 times have not been adding sugar/toppings even after those instructions on drinks, have had to drive back midway to get it changed
what makes it worse is they also lack basic courtesy.

Very spacious store for a Happy Lemon and they made the drinks really quick. Good customer recommendations.

Sweetness is less than others hence be careful saying 50% like other places. Waffles are delicious.

Gave wrong order and gave ripped dollar bills. Waited super long to get the wrong order and I was short on time

Really liked Mango matcha tea!
Also love their salted cheese series and puff cream ones:)
