Ideally located, personal service & very friendly. I will return to doing business with Happy Mailbox instead going to FedEx Lakewood where service is a hit/miss.
I don’t ever really write reviews but this touch my heart. I walked in and gave my package with no problem didn’t even have to wait in a line. I thought they charged $1 so I handed it over and walked away. I was in the car when she comes and give me the $1 back and says we don’t charge for fed ex drop offs. I know this is only one dollar but it’s the fact that she didn’t just keep it she was honest and went out of her way to give it back. Amazing love this place would definitely come back!

Went to drop off an package.the owner didnt wanna take it said it would get losted.should shut this place down.for bad business wont never go back rather drive 5 miles to drop of at an retailer. Then go here. Would give no stars.

Will not ship any thing there again. My package was lost and they refuse to help locate it. So now I'm being charged $500 for a package that never showed up!
