My favorite place for a gel mani pedi
I was talked into getting french tip gel nails by the manicure lady because she assured me they won't chip for weeks, but within a couple hours one finger started chipping. I went in and they repaired it. By the next day, 4 more nails are chipping and look awful. I've gone out of town, so I can't go back to have them fixed. I would not recommend their services at Happy Nails by Costco in Lancaster.
The salon receptionist/manager was very rude. The staff was unprofessional. The service was absolutely terrible. My husband’s foot was cut badly and there was no acknowledgment given.
Had an appointment at 3: 00pm for pedicure and ingrown toe nail removal. The nail tech notified the cashier manager that the ingrown toenail was infected. I didn't know since this was my first time experiencing this. Instead of politely notifying us the manager made a scene in the salon. He was very rude and unprofessional. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable. The nail tech proceeded with the normal pedicure which ended with my foot being cut in 3 different places causing it to bleed. An 11 minute massage was a part of the pedicure and the nail tech did not follow through. After everything the manager still wanted a tip. Very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend
Never fails the AMAZING service I get when I go see Andy for my nails! I can bring him ANY picture and he makes it happen! The pedi’s rock! Eyebrows with Michelle keeps me looking great. Prices same as anywhere.
I love this place my nails turned out beautiful Mary did a very clean professional job
