I love that Happy Spa Dogs contacts me when it is time for Snowflake to get a bath. They are always on time and ensure that Snowflake is clean, trimmed and very pretty when she is done

I have a horrible experience. I have 5 years old Shih Tzu black and white and she has been groom by Mobil groomer for the last 4 years. My groomer got sick and my neighbor give me the name of Happy Spa dogs mobile grooming. When the groomer came and I show a picture and explained the way how we groom our dog, also we told her no ever shave her! Unfortunately she ignored all our suggestion and shave our dog so deep, in some area you can see the pink skin with no fur above it. There were Razon burn in her private parts, I need to go to our veterinarian to get a special spray to treat them. It is an exceptable to ignore our request and to make our dog sick. Our experience was so bad we will never use this company again.

Love working with them. They’re able to book appointments quickly, they do a great job. What I like most is that they come to the house and the grooming only takes about an hour. We used to bring our dog into a groomer, but they would keep her for 3 to 5 hours. She’s nervous about going to the groomers, so this was a great solution. It’s slightly more expensive but well worth it so she was not sitting in a kennel waiting her turn. Most of all, she enjoys the experience now. We have now used them many times with several different groomers and had a great experience each time. Thank you.

Happy Spa Dogs mobile grooming does an excellent job. I have a male toy poodle who hates to be groomed and Keala is able to do a complete grooming in less than an hour. She is always on time and follows my haircut directions exactly. It keeps his stress down because she can groom him so quickly and in such a professional way. The service is expensive, but I feel it’s worth it because of how well they can complete a service that normally used to take at least 3 to 4 hours with other groomers. Keala is awesome!

Stevie did such an amazing job! It was our first time doing a mobile groom and it was such a wonderful experience. Stevie was right on time and got Gatsby (our bernedoodle) and double checked with us on what kind of cut we were looking for. When she was all finished, she brought her back and mentioned anything she noticed about Gatsby’s coat and skin, sort of like a verbal report card, which was great to know! Gatsby looked so great and was so happy, which is such a great sign coming back from a groomer. So happy with the entire experience from Stevie and the Happy Dog Spa Mobile groomers! Thank you!

Great stress free experience. My Maltese was fine and happy afterward, unlike a long day at an in house groomer. Scott was nice and treated Leo well, and asked for my input. Will use again!

I absolutely love this grooming service! I used them once before but will never use another now! Both times the groomers were fantastic! Today Bobo was groomed by Michelle who did an excellent job! My little guy has been traumatized by another groomer so does not like his hind end shaved or touched for that matter but these girls know what they are doing and groom him perfectly! I'm so happy and he looks soooooo cute!

My groomer was Kim and she did a fantastic job on all four of our dogs! They felt comfortable with her. She took extremely great care of one of our elderly dogs that has arthritis and can barely stand for long periods. Thank you!

I’ve been using this Grooming spa for the past few months. Everything was going great, until of course I tried making in appointment for my dog yesterday, they told me that they have an opening for today at 12: 30 pm. No one show up, tried calling 3 times and finally someone called me. She told me they didn’t have me on schedule, without trying even trying to resolve the issue, THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I move my agenda for today making sure I’ll be in my house, SO IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT MAKE SURE YOU WRITE THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU SPOKE TOO SO THIS DOESNT HAPPENS TO YOU! I’ll find another company that works more profesional
