We were looking for a specific washing machine and were recommended Harbor Appliance Store via Google Shopping. They had the best price and offered free delivery for the next day. The delivery included installation which was a welcome surprise. They offer great pricing and service. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for new appliances.

Recently moved to a new place and was looking for quality and price combination on a fridge that fit under budget. I'm happy I found Harbor Appliance. Great service helping me to keep on my budget without sacrificing quality. Great brands are available. Thinking on upgrading my stove, of course Harbor is my place to go.

Ordered a stove top oven and microwave price was the cheapest I could find around. Rafael was very professional and installation was done very well and in a timely manner highly recommend for appliance needs!

I needed to buy a new gas range for my rental property in San Diego asap. While searching online for the best deal I found this local appliance store that had better prices than Home Depot and Lowe's. I immediately called their customer service and they helped me to find the range I needed. I got it delivered within 2 days, the installers were very nice and knowledgeable.

Don't know if repair complete or not as will not use dryer until later today or the weekend

Our dryer was not heating. He came the same day I called. We have a Fisher Paykel and tech seemed unsure of how to get it open. He reset it and it appeared to work. After he left I started it and the whole thing shut down. I texted him and he offered to return but would charge me 400.00 for labour and parts.overpriced

The moment they realized they didn't have parts available for my dishwasher they just stopped replying to my messages. There was a professional way to deal with this and they didn't choose to do it. I certainly will never use them in the future for any other appliance repair.

Absolutely rude and horrible treatment from servicemen. We were trying to understand what parts needed to be fixed and he just demanded we pay service fee.

Went there to buy a refrigerator. Rafael was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered a lot of questions and had good prices. We were easily able get the delivery day we want. If you are looking for an appliance definitely give it a try.

Very professional and punctual. They delivered and installed the new microwave on time. Highly recommend checking the inventory before you buy somewhere else. They managed to provide the Microwave that I couldn't find elsewhere. Thank you for the great shopping experience!
