Harbor Court Hotel, San Francisco CA

Great hotel on the Embarcadero with reasonably priced rooms with everything needed. The rooms are recently renovated with nice bathrooms and a small but serviceable desk. The lobby is beautiful with a fireplace and great seating. They serve pastries and coffee for breakfast, have wine hour, and offer fresh flavored water. They also have bikes to take out riding. The location is on the Embarcadero which is great for running and they are a few minute walk to the ferry building. Excellent service and access to the ymca for a gym (not sure if there is a fee).

We were taking a family trip to San Francisco and then Napa so we spent several days in San Francisco using two rooms at Harbor Court. From check in through check out everything was perfect! Upon arrival we were made to feel so welcome, so much information about all the amenities and all the benefits of the hotel. Louie at the front desk was such a kind gentleman, so polite, and so professional. The rooms are super clean, very spacious, and unlike most hotels, the showerheads work perfectly, so maintenance is on their game. The amenities at the hotel were exactly as promised. The location is so terrific, if you’re visiting San Francisco, you are just a couple blocks away from the ferry terminal marketplace, and several very excellent quality restaurants along the water. The front desk is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area all the restaurants and things to do.there are three restaurants right next-door, one actually connects right into the lobby of the hotel, and the food was terrific along with a great bar. I highly Recommend Harbor Court Hotel.

I'm in the middle of a stay. The rooms are very small. 1 of the smallest I've had- more like a NYC room. Excellent view (paid for an upgraded room). I disagree w 4 star rating. Feels more like a well situated 3 star, with some rooms offering nice views. Room comes with 2 towels. Im sure i could call for more but (hard to get an answer at desk) eho wants to wait. Just an aggravating factor that doesnt usually occur in higher level of service. Room service is listed on their website but be aware they do not offer it. That's fine but very inconvenient if you booked with that in mind (as I did). With a tight schedule and adjusting from east coast time room service is a helpful amenity. A lot of services in this neighborhood are closed on weekends or open at 8/9am. Pretty lobby space with room to gather is a plus. Great location across from ferry building. Nice coffee and bike loan.

The hotel is in a great location, they do offer a breakfast, a wine hour at 5, and free bike to go around the city. The rooms are clean and nice, but the blackouts could be better. The service overall was good, fron man/girl can support you with anything.

The room is a cool view or the ocean, but for parking.no parking close by and if you want to park at hotel it is $65 USD a night which they don't mention when booking and can't take it in and out of valet parking lot.that definitely had us frustrated.

Good location and nice view. The toilet and bathroom is sufficiently large. The hotel may consider to upgrade the cupboard which is quite old with smell. It is good if they can provide complimentary slippers.

My fave hotel in SF. Great location on the bay, close to Ferry terminal and waterfront walking path. I asked the front desk if I could upgrade to a view room because the views are worth the extra bucks - and he gifted to upgrade to me which was so kind and cool. Comfy bed, elegant, understated decor, and nice extras like passes to the YMCA next door, wine hour, and good morning coffee and pastries. I'll definitely be back.

Be aware that you will be deceived and lied to. After your pay for your hotel room they will stick you with an additional $114 fee. They will say it’s for “incidetals” and charge you $150 stating it will be refunded after you leave but they still charge you the $114 it turns out that it’s for ballet and for amenities (whether you use them or not). After paying for one night and then being lied to about additional fees to me it’s not how business should be conducted.
When I called to enquire about the additional fee the man that answered was argumentative and insisted that he is 100% sure fees were disclosed to me despite him not being there when I checked in. This was an awful experience.

WOW this hotel is a hidden gem! If you’re going to a Giants game or just a day at the wharf, definitely check out Harbor Court Hotel for the best deal & quality!

Truly spectacular - the rooms, the location & the service. The hotel's attention to detail is remarkable. Cannot recommend Harbor Court Hotel enough & can't wait for our next stay! We will be back!

Superior service, wonderful staff, interesting decor, great quality, walkable to Hyatt Conference Center, the ferry building, food, and bay. I enjoyed complimentary coffee/tea and doughnuts every morning and wine in the evenings. I highly recommend staying at this hidden gem.

Most incredible staff across the board with every interaction! Such a cool place to stay, I just checked out and already miss their body wash/hand soap! It is available for purchase, so I will probably be calling them back real soon!

They turn off the heat when you leave, so it's really really cold when you arrive at night

Unbelievable front desk! SO helpful and thoughtful. We stayed for only 1 night but an incredible location, very comfortable room and wonderful staff. EXCELLENT customer service.
