Harbor Freight Tools reviews
16 Great prices on a large selection of told and supplies for just about any kind work/repair-smith; however, the awesome value and in-store experience depreciates under the suffocating staff as they all but accuse paying customers of stealing inventory from the store as they shop.
As much as I enjoy purchasing "home-depot" tools for "harbor-freight" prices, the treatment I received from the stores employees as I shopped left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't believe I will be returning to this particular Harbor Freight.
This place is what it is. A great place to get really really cheap if questionable quality tools. I always buy tools here if I don't think I'm going to need them once or twice. Anything I'm going to be using over and over I'll probably buy somewhere else. It's perfect for that One wrench you're only going to use once. It'll probably last long enough for that maybe even much longer. And not cost you very much
Location is a little funky to get to if headed northbound on Rosemead but I overall a good selection for a relatively small footprint
This is the coolest store in Pasadena. This store is always well stocked, attendants are helpful.
This is a ‘one time used’ tool store. I bought a paint sprayer. Used it once, throw away. I bought a cheap electric drills, used it 3 times. Most the stuff you buy here will not last.
Very nice place to shop for tools. However, at this location the line was very long during check out.
Not as great as it used to be. Now pushing to become a membership.or get their credit card. Made the line take forever. I give up
Good place to buy emergency tools. Cheap and they carry just about everything. They also have tool boxes that use up an entire wall. So cool. Super cheap.
I walked aroumd the store for 20 minutes with my girlfriend today, employees followed us around waiting for us to steal, it was only after we were leaving a female employee asked us if we were looking for something in particular, we had about $5000 dollars on us, decided to take our money else where
Harbor Freight is the (shiznit) pardon my French. They now have absolutely EVERYTHING! And plenty of it. No danger of running out like sears who has run out of everything.when you go there search around and you will see all kinds of great new stuff.
They're often out of everything I need, such as a particular battery or drain snakes. It's also impossible to find a store associate to help you if you can't find something.
Harbor Freight Tools, gets 2 stars right now due to the shortage of personnel. I often stop by to pick a tool/gadget that I might need. Not once has any staff member approached me to offer assistance. I always have to look for what I need myself. Now, I wouldn't care as much if my eyesight was as good as many years ago. But, it's not! And to be very honest. I believe some, if not all staff members are quite rude, e.g. I was roaming thru every aisle, stopped to check something out and an HFT worker was quietly standing next to me expecting me to move out of his way! I did, and even said "sorry". I got nothing in return. This happened on 3 occasions in the 30 minutes I was there. These guys need to be trained in the craft of customer service! Plus HFT has raised the prices by a lot on many items. And I also noticed that they don't email you their coupons as much as they used to. Thank you
I got the attic quick service you guys are great thank you for your time your patients and your help in the Christmas rush time great employees Merry Christmas and God bless to all
My buddy n I went shopping here. Chill, low key. The staff are awesome n down to earth. Got me some wrench organizers and plier organizers. Plus the 21mm that'll hold 2 lug nuts when you're zapping them off.
If you're a person that is handy and need to get tools for your project? Then this is a place to go. The stuff they got here are pretty decent. They last as long as the brand names. But be smart about it. If it looks cheap then most likely it is.
