Picked up the wrong motor got to return and hopefully they don't get me with the restocking
3-25-2023 Requested a return or exchange on a tool in which the WELDS had broken Off. A dorky sounding guy by the Name of Joshua could care less and managed to sound unprofessional the entire conversation. I then spoke to a higher management and could not help me out. I then had to re-purchase the same tool because of necessity, andJoshua here took pride ego-sounding to Get Back In line. (About 25 customers) I guess that's what you'll ever Be Joshua, a poor sad cashier. Well cashier, keep delivering poor service!
The last 2 times I went waited a 30 min in line still no wear close the one on shaw is way better slowest customer service i have ever seen at any store
With out any prompting the cashier made sure that I had the free item that I was supposed to get. I didn't know I was going to get anything free but she made the effort to get it to me before I had checked out.
