Harbor Freight Tools reviews
15This place is good. Be weary of a creap that uses the parking lot he seems to be an employee of the trade school. Just remember trash from the school is not this establishment.
The staff is super helpful and nice and need a raise!
I recently went to purchase a US general series 3 72" toolbox but the displayed one is locked with no key available and the staff was very helpful trying to help me.
Called other stores and also locked. The Icon toolbox isn't though
Since I couldn't open it and see inside what I was about to spend $1500+ (current deal) on I changed my mind and went home.
Later that day I and went back and bought the 73" Icon for a great deal so it worked out
Yes, a 1800 toolbox is not going to be as nice a 3k toolbox but we still need to see inside to test drive it. It doesn't help when it has "look inside" stickers on the drawers either.
Love the tool but.employees treat everyone like thiefs! I hate that! I may be dirty when I come into the store.because I work and I need more supplies. I pay.w $$$$ everytime. It's rude a hell.
My husband needed some tools, we were able to get what was needed. Prices were a little high but I. The end we did get what was needed. Parking is tight since there is also a school that uses the same parking.
It's a Harbor Freight, what more do I need to say? Lol Good store, good customer service, except for when you buy a plunger. First super plunger I bought was so awesome someone stole it. The second one doesn't work and I'm having to jump through hoop after hoop after hoop, and still haven't gotten it replaced yet after a few days
Finally, I got my hands on the badlands off-road floor jack.awesome jack!
Half the price of the competitors jack.
I was able to get a dependable splitting maul, for the price of a handle alone. Atleast compared to the places up here in the mountains.
Their shelves are always full prices are right the staff aren't always the friendliest but it's always clean.
Staff the day I went in was not very helpful and the cashier looked like he was not having a good day. He snapped when I asked him question so I left with Hat I was able to find with out his help. Perhaps he should leave his problems at home not bring them to work to end up being rude I never had this problem there b4 staff usually are very helpful. Not last time. I will still go on his days off lol
Just go here for tools, almost all of their brands have lifetime warranties even if it's just the ratchet from a whole kit
Well stocked 3or 4 employees just talking to each other 1 cashier 1 stocking nobody helping on the floor long line to pay
Thank you for holding the last tire changer that was on sale for me while i was on my way to picked it up*****
Hit and miss with the tools available, but there are some tools here you won't find with the competitors.
Excellent store, there is everything for those who like to repair and maintain their vehicles
Everything a man needs to get by on a budget, in a pinch or just getting started in a trade. Some tools last longer than others but are affordable enough to replace for another round.
Love my Harbor Freight
