Harbor Freight Tools reviews
16 Not even 1 of the 8 or so employees wearing a mask properly (under their nose) and 2 of them not wearing a mask at all, just letting it hang under their chin like a necklace. Customers the same, half not wearing any mask and all those that were had it under their nose.
Decades long customer, this was my last time. HF San Dimas is dead to me.
Awesome deals may not be the best high quantity tools but tools work for a emergency and more if your on a money limit so much stuff at low prices this place really comes in handy just have a couple of very rude workers but the rest of the workers are so very helpful so it makes up for it
I liked that this location had more items available compared to other stores, however, I will not be returning. Everyone working there seemed like they didn't want to be working; if you're not in the mood to work. GO HOME. The cashier "attending" us was extremely rude the day we visited the store (didn't catch her name, but she was blond and an unattractive acne-faced girl). Her 'sighs' when we asked where an item was definitely showed me that she has no respect for her job and the customers; the least she could've done was walk us to the item we were looking for.
We were referred to this store from Covina Harbor Freight-this store can definitely learn something from the Covina location. Overall, this location DEFINITELY needs to evaluate who they hire because they are clearly lacking customer service skills.
Customer service is OFF THE CHAIN here! Liz the manager went over and above to make sure I got what I needed, and even had suggestions for better ideas! It's a little further than the closest HF to my house, but they were so much more helpful and so much more pleasant to deal with than the other one. Highly recommend her store!
Very clean and well run store.
Always have lots of staff and the store is always spotless and well organized.
Bright and well lit with knowledgeable staff.
I often drive past the Pasadena store and shop here.great store!
Good place to go for tools.lifetime warrenty on hand tools.great for those tools you use once a year like chain wrench. 20$ and change versus snap on 200 $ plus
Great selection and a competent staff are among the secondary reasons for shopping at Harbor Freight. The first, of course, is value.
Had everything I needed for my woodworking project bright and clean stores great customer service
Nice selection of tools, but I personally don't feel comfortable with the trans-staff. Still everyone is friendly and helpful.
Very convenient right off the freeway. Well stocked and laid out. I found what I needed and was in and out rapidly. Don't forget your 20% off coupon.
I like the store, the employees are all very helpful. I look forward to receiving my new catalogs. I have bought many items both big and small. I have only had one item I was disappointed with in all the years I have been shopping there
Tim Allen would love this place, thay have everything you could need to do just about any job, if your a machinist then this is the place for you, i go here a lot cause thay all ways have deals
Tools. Dont waste their time calling and asking them time consuming, dumb questions. Yes they sell hammers, no they don't deliver. (Yes, someone actually called and asked these things as I was being rung up.) It's tools inside a store. Go look and if you like, buy the tools.
Off &on I visit this place to buy tools and
Materials for weekends chores.beside buying. Usually I get tips on works to do
Cheap place but everything i but there always always always breaks why is that 99cent store doesnt have that problem and their dirt cheaper then all stores.
