The worst Service. The old lady named Angie yelled at my wife and this is not the first time. We are never coming back here again and I'm telling all the people that I know not to come here. Hopefully the OWNER will do something about this. PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T GO THERE. Find somewhere else to go unless they fire that aggresive old lady.

The 20 lb washer continues to broken-down one after the other. Seems poorly managed and maintenance place leaving machines broken.

The lady opened the bathroom and said 25 cents, I walked out of there as fast as I can, never go there again. When there is no bathrooms I dont go to these places knowing I would be there for an hour and a half. Sorry you lost a costumer and maybe more. Should be so greedy.

I write today to warn you about the horrible customer service at Harbor Laundry and encourage you to take your business elsewhere. Their employee Angie actually threatened to call the police on me for an error caused by their equipment! Read below for the details. I ordinarily would not bother doing a review, but Harbor Laundry has actually taken steps to make their customer service worse instead of better! The laundromat used to be a 5-star facility and management was very responsive to customer needs as you can see in the early reviews. This is no longer the case!

The laundromat uses laundry cards only. Yesterday, I attempted to load $20 onto my laundry card. The machine on the left accepted my $20 bill but did not load $20 onto my card. I walked away to get assistance but no one was around. I returned to the machine and this time using the machine on the right I successfully loaded $20 onto my card and proceeded to wash.

I approached the person on duty, Angie, about this but she denied that I put $20 in the machine on the left. Through text messages, she sent a screenshot of transactions and offered to show me the surveillance video. When I accepted her offer via text to view the surveillance video, she asked me what time I would be coming so she could have the police present! What sort of jerk move is that? ! If the surveillance video simply shows that I was mistaken and I did not insert $20 like I believe I did, then that’s all there is to it. There is no need to threaten to get the police involved over such a petty matter!

Harbor Laundry used to be very responsive to all customer needs both positive and negative. For a while, they had a Business Manager named Travis S.and he was very actively responding here to the good and the bad! I noticed that his activities seem to have ceased about 2 years ago and when I reached out to him via the cell phone number he left in one of his responses, that number is no longer valid. I am assuming Travis S.got fed up and bailed out of the public relations dumpster fire that is Harbor Laundry. I also note that the disabled veteran with the service dog was never responded to. If I ever see Harbor Laundry - or any business for that matter - mistreat anyone with a disability, I will take it upon myself to see that they are reported as an ADA violation in the harshest light possible. Contrary to what you might expect, I will continue to go to Harbor Laundry. I will be watching for any and all examples and incidents of bad customer service and returning here every time to report them. I will also escalate outside of this site as necessary. On the flip-side, this is Harbor Laundry‘s opportunity to correct the error I experienced with their equipment and their rude, arrogant employee, Angie, and also to provide their reassurance that she has been corrected and disciplined. I would happily change my rating to 5-stars if they earn it by making things right.

Do not leave clothes for wash and fold first time they charged me $67 for 14 pounds I figured it was odd so second time they were trying to charge me $69 for 16 pounds and it’s supposed to be $2.25 per pound so I told her that her math was off and she got mad this 3rd I paid extra to have them put fragrance so my clothes would smell good and they didn’t put anything on it clothes still smells like nothing if you wash your clothes there machines are good but don’t get wash and fold service

Smells & looks clean and the personnel seems to be always cleaning. Ease of use credit card washers.

Luv this place. Well kept up, good machines and plenty of food choices with in a minute of here. Not very crowded on a Monday late in the day. Weekends are very busy.

The old lady just told me to go across the street to use the bathroom even though I just out in two loads and won't open it because she's " busy " but ran to the phone to answer it and have a conversation. You really need to get rid of her and that attitude is uncalled. Last time I'm coming here.

Was 5 stars but the service has gone downhill "Angie" is supposed to be the face of Harbor laundry but she was hostile, loud and rude. Maybe the vetting process was overlooked this time. Some of the best places fail do to believing they're THE BEST.

Liked coming it is clean, not too busy. Prices are decent staff nice. Everyone kept their distance due to covid I really liked. Santizer on counter tops if needed. They have the laundry service if your not able to stay. For the first time I had no kids with me, so it was a relaxing visit. I have not been here at night so i cant say how it is, but I would definitely come back to this one. In the AM or around this time. Thank you

Its a small size Laudry, however it has all sizes Laundy machines, try to arrive at a not so crowded hour and you'll be fine accepts credit cards

Nice variety of machines. The dryers were super busy even for a Thursday morning. Free wifi! Good location right behind the LBJ. Glad to find them for my emergency comforter event!

DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER¡! The lady KNEW I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE LAUNDRY CARD SAW ME PUT $20 IN AND SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR BANK TO CLEAR IT. IT IS CLEARED ON MY BANK AND IT IS STILL SHOWING $0 SND THEY SAID NOTHING THEY CAN DO! DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT $$$$ STOLEN FROM YOU!

Very clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. You can pay with credit card right at the machine or get their refillable card with 10% bonus.no need to mess with coins! Very convenient!

Just like everyone else is saying, this laundromat is hands down THE BEST one I've ever seen/been to. It's clean, nice, new working machines, there's plenty of seating, there's Wi-Fi, vending machines, and spotless restrooms that aren't gross and smelly! A rare thing when dealing with laundromats.
I hope it isn't closed, it was definitely not open the day I drove by recently.
Hopefully it's still open for business! Your customers would miss you! Thank you for being an exceptional laundromat!

Decent but need work on the machines; some are not working correctly. Good prices. Friendly staff.
