8 I have been with Harbor Property Management for a few years now. Going through Covid has been a major challenge to say the least. This was not easy juggling all the state requirements, and keeping us owners compliant.
I, m only one of many owners, Eloy Juarez who is the account manager never gave up, he worked long and hard, always picked up the phone, answered my questions, and did what needed to be done. They are lucky have him.
I’ve been searching for an apartment for several weeks and came across one from Harbor Property Management and I was able to speak to Mary who was extremely helpful and patient as she was able to answer all of my concerns. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone in search of an apartment!

Great management company to work with. If you call, they answer. Laura is an excellent maintenance supervisor! If you need repairs, she will actually send someone. If you have questions, she will find an answer for you. Excellent communication and very resourceful!
