I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE! So, we talked over phone, texts and emails with Mr. Chuck Fisher for a week regarding a 2015 Chrysler town and country they have in their lot and came to an agreement on 11999.00.we drive half an hour from south OC to their store, drive the car and decide to purchase it, we go in and he comes back with a sheet stating there is a software installed on this vehicle to locate it in case it gets stolen and it will cost us 1495.00! We asked him to uninstall it we don't need it but he says WE HAVE to buy the van with this feature.we obviously walked out.they wasted a good 2 hours of our time.be extra careful with this place.

HORRIBLE! Just walked out of there! NO. ONE. NO ONE came up to us and ask us if we needed help! Our family and another two families were roaming around for a good 30min and nothing. We went inside and the sales guys saw us but no one came up to us. We decided to leave when two men came out of their office and we thought “oh they’re going to help us! ” They didn’t. They actually opened the door for us to leave. Another family went inside to ask if they were selling cars or not and no one came out still! They were about to get in their car when someone finally came out. I know there’s a chip/car shortage but seriously.

I have not been having a good experience with Hardin Honda. I have been trying to cancel the my warranty services through Hardin Honda Cancellation department and following up with them for the past two month rather more than two months. They have been telling me the same thing since Aug 4,2021 that it takes 6-10 weeks. On Oct, 7th they said that Hardin Honda failed to process it on Aug 4th when I had already sent them filled out cancellation forms. They have been messing around with the customer since then and haven't even able to process things on time.

How shady can a Car dealer be? Just called them today and was told they aren't allowed give prices over the phone and did I want to come in and see them. I wonder if these dealerships realize that the little profit they're making from this Market is worth their reputation and client loyalty. Shady as all hell.

DO NOT COME HERE. & here's why.

I told Juan Ayala I don't need a replacement or any type of work on my air filter. A few months ago I went to AutoZone to buy the reusable one.guess what happen. MF charged me for a "Replace air filter with factory Honda air filter" and toss away the one i bought from AUTOZone.

I took my car to get checked out and Juan helped me. He was very friendly and explained in detail what else I needed done for my car in the future. I really didn't understand so he took his time explaining it again. I truly appreciated that, Juan has amazing customer service. Thank you Juan Ayala, I appreciate you. And thank you to the person who fixed my car, you rock!

This place is not good I took my car in for a full inspection and they told me everything is good. The next day I took the car out for about a 50 mile drive and the tire ended up going flat and the tire and no leaks and there was no apology and they also told me i would only be there waiting for an hour and ended up being 3 hours so yeah that’s always nice

David was the representative who did not help us. Rather; he and another representative mocked my wife and I for asking to stay as close to the MSRP as possible. We wasted no time to leave and I advise anyone else to do the same. Times are tough, but that's not an excuse to make your customers feel like, well, ya know. Helpful Honda people, huh?

We were in search of a 2021 Honda Accord and went to a dealer prior to Hardin Honda. Service was horrible at Downey Honda World and they were not willing to work with us. We received a call from Chuck Fisher, and he let us know the vehicle we were looking for had just arrived. We decided to take a look at it and it was exactly what I was looking for. Chuck was extremely patient with us and he went out of his way to make sure we received the best deal! The markups weren’t like the ones at Honda World and we see extremely happy with our experience. 100% would recommend Chuck to anyone who’s looking for a new vehicle! Thank you Chuck for my new ride!

Terrible over the phone customer service. Tell me what you are offering the car for and let me decide if its worth making the drive. Yes, I understand you have sold cars for X amount of years but get with the times. I hope Harding Honda starts looking into their hiring process and starts improving on customer experience. This is unacceptable in this day and age. Stay Away from this dealer.

Hardin Honda, I have mixed opinions on Honda. The car I drive is a 2019 Honda Accord, it’s not my car and was bought for a purpose.

If I had test driven the accord I would have went with a Civic.

Not to be too negative as I say not my car, the AC has the same issues of the 2008 Honda Civic we have.

The reviews online certainly are correct on the “cars” characteristics. Now I am no expert, cars I’ve driven are Toyota different brands and BMW.

In my opinion the Accord La issues lie in her electrics, not consistent in her operation.

The car has so many features “all” electric and this I feel is like a rocket shop, has issues just can’t pinpoint.

Granted so far any issues that have arisen or recalls Honda address, I’m kinda old fashioned if it ain’t broken then don’t fix and the cars I’ve used, things that I see as flawless or perfect to the consumer Honda put a spin on it and why silly issues have arisen.

The 2008 Civic and I know a few owners who state same issues. If seeing the same issues arise 11 years later then, enough said.

Service at Hardin Honda is awesome and the team do take care of you, just hope after warranty expires on certain functions that are known to be issues will be addressed.

I know she’s a car and she is not perfect but to me, the cost, my family vehicle and the brand it’s 2021 the car has went so far away from where she should be, this confuses the buyer and the complaints can be off putting.

I know it seems I’m being harsh, I had a similar experience with my Beloved Scion with Toyota and this made me leave the brand after years of loyalty.

Nothing we buy is perfect, hey I’m not but with so much riding, no pun. My family and their safety is my number 1 priority.

Hardin Honda Thank You for your service and for doing all you have to keep us rolling.

2 hour for oil change- that too paid after losing loyalty program privelege

Might as well go to local shop near me instead of driving 30 minutes to wait for 2 hours and 30 minutes back = 3 hours just for oil change

They are however professional - a little 'too' if you may ask missing the human touch.what good is professionalism if you are machine-like where you answer just what it's asked with polite and courteous "sir" and "ma'am" ticking of boxex and CYA instead of showing genuine interest? - and their lobby is neat and clean and well stocked. Lobby restroom is clean and staffs are friendly and polite.

(For instance, what good is textbook-professionalism if I am standing by the door and the person who is taking a long time to help out lady don't even acknowledge my presence and I have to walk away. Proper way to deal with this is: "Exccuse me (to the lady), did you have a quick question sir? ") Goes on to show they are just being polite and courteous just for the sake of it. Otherwise an AI can suffice and take place of human.

I usually go with my mom when Alfredo works and he deserves 5 stars as did Jim. These two were the superstars. But today it was pure Chinese water torture cell. Making me wonder if I should return now that loyalty program is lost and they have no free services.

This place is terrible. I had the worst experience here. Do not come to this dealership! They are not Honda helpers. They tried their hardest to get me the worst deal possible. They did not let me leave. They tried anything to stop me. The seven mangers tried to stop every time. They even block my car door and path way so I could not drive away. I had to call the police so I could leave this place. I still got my Honda Accord at another location but I’ll never come here again. I will tell everyone how horrible of place this is. Never got an apology and got nothing but lies from this place.

WORST SALE EXPERIENCE I ever had happened at Hardin Honda. Chuck Fisher tried to made us overpay for the vehicle in a very crooked and dishonest way. Paperwork was super painful. When the vehicle was delivered, it was full of scratches, for what Mr. Fisher said, "do not miss the forest for a tree". According to Mr. Fisher, new cars come with a scratches and he is fine justifying it with poor statements. Anthony Holguin (business manager) also was super uncomfortable to deal with. He would not let me read the contract I was signing and would not take a NO by lying to me about my vehicle's warranty and how important it was for me to buy warranty on a vehicle that has warranty already. My entire "buy a new car" experience was destroyed by this dealership and his sketchy employees. I hope this does not happen to anybody again. Also, car broke down after 1000 miles.
