Made an appointment for service (a 3 hour window that I had to plan to be home from work for) and the guy didn’t show up. No phone call to let me know. Calls the next morning with a very lukewarm apology saying he had just noticed he missed it on his calendar.

I have been looking for a reputable company to service my HiVelocity tankless hot water HVAC system after the installer retired. Hardy Quality Air to the rescue! Their maintenance team is well-trained, they show up on time, and the office staff make it easy to schedule repair visits. They also accept clients in a wide service area, which is a necessity for me. I will continue to use Hardy Quality Air for maintenance of my HVAC system, and I highly recommend them.
