Pretty nice theater. Lots of people on a Saturday night. Clean place. Cinemas are big. No leather recliners.

Clean, modern, huge screens and great sound systems. I hadn't been to the movies in a long time and I wasn't disappointed

Love this theater, employees are so friendly and it's always nice and clean. The popcorn always hot and fresh.

Really enjoyed spending the day and a movie with my grandson.

I went to watch Ghostbusters Afterlife and the service was pretty quick in terms of checking the ticket and getting the food. Staff today was helpful and I was even asked if I wanted a box as I was carrying the popcorn. (Rarely do I come across that on some other times I went there)

First visit after several years, as I used to go to the theater very often in the past. Enjoyed watching Dune with a colleague/friend.

I can't believe that they haven't upgraded this theater for years now. Seriously, I think they should work on their business and competitive skills with other theaters like AMC. Harkins still don't offer any comfortable seating, dine options etc
The seats are just old, smelly, and even dirty. And it's it's old style where it closes its own when you get up. Really an 80's style
Even an economy flight offers better options than this theater when watching movie. The theater hasn't upgraded and couldn't bear the stink. They have popcorn which is too buttery and salty. They should separate those options for sure. They don't have any dine in or any other dine options. They don't have alcohol also. Well overall not the best, compared to AMC.

Harkins Theatres Chino Hills is our local theatre. It is so nice to be able to just come within 3 minutes and make it in time for a movie. The staff is so nice and they give discounts. If you get the membership, you get a discount on tickets, concessions and get good spots for reservations. They also give discounts to students. The movies are really good quality and the seats are comfortable.

Harkins is, and has been, our Go To Movie Theater. The Employees are courteous, polite, and helpful and the facilities are clean and Safe.

A very nice, clean, and well laid out theater. Get the Harkins app to earn free things. Also look for Senior and Student discounts. Subscribe to their email for more discounts and special movie nights.

Went to see Disney's Jungle Cruise wasnt sure if i was going to like it. However it was an outstanding movie enjoyed every moment. Go see it you wont be sorry.

Went and saw Jungle Cruise, definitely a kids movie but entertaining. Not crowded at all, plenty of pop corn and candy.

It was super nice and clean! Jodi at the snack bar was very sweet and helped my family and I extremely fast. It feels good to go to the movies again!

The seats are uncomfortable, the pizza is microwaved, and the customer service is absolutely abysmal don't go to this movie theater if your planning to watch a movie. Take the time to drive an extra 10 minutes and drive to Edwards or AMC.

We rented a theater room and while the experience was pretty cool, there was no WiFi or cellular signal, making the activities we could do very limited.

It was so nice to enjoy watching a movie on the big screen again! Thank you Harkin! Everyone was professional and friendly!

We got to see fast and furious 5 for free because I'm a Harkins movie theater member but the theater was dirty the floor was sticky the seats were very uncomfortable and dirty.

On the upside was the free ticket it only cost a service charge and the prices at the snack bar wasn't bad
