Was happy with the service that Mikey provided on the purchase of my 2019 Heritage Classic motorcycle. He was great and very patient and understanding. I was a little disappointed with the detailing of the bike, they could have done a better job. Overall, was happy with my purchase and the service provided.

The service was awesome my friend got what he needed and a few things more I will be back to do some shopping

"I came in to browse over the bikes because I was looking for a newer used Harley. Michael showed me a 2020 Road Glide that just came in with low miles on it. We went for a test ride and talked numbers, but I wasnt quite sure what I wanted to do. Best Harley Davidson dealer in the area! Staff was great, everyone was courteous and professional. I first spoke with Patrick about some bikes and he was very knowledgeable. I have never ridden Harleys before and wasn't sure which one would fit the bill. Patrick was able to help me figure out which one fits me the best for my needs. I test rode a 2020 Street Bob and it definitely was the right choice. Patrick and Spencer were awesome with my purchasing experience and they made me feel at home at the dealership. Two weeks later, I brought the Street Bob in for the first 1K service, Ejay was very helpful and guided me through what kind of work will be done with the bike and made sure I understood the whole process. Very friendly and professional. Big shout out to Ejay and his service technicians! Bought some gear for the bike and Bobby at the Parts counter was great as well! Their stores, their employees and their stuff are always really nice. Way overpriced. But nice. I always buy my dad's birthday, Father's Day and Christmas presents here. You pretty much can't go wrong.

I had this as a one star place for many years. They sold my best Friend a motorcycle that blew its motor within 100miles. Told him too bad and to go pound sand. I will never forget or forgive that.

But since then I have taken my personal Harley-davidson Sportster 48 to them for service. I purchased parts and asked for advice on modifications. They have been friendly and knowledgeable. Also between Mathews Harley-davidson and them HDOF charges less money per hour to work on your bike.

Since I have personally had some good experiences more recently. I am raising my star rating.

The staff here is out fu****ng standing. They went above and beyond to help me out. They stayed 2 hrs after closing to continue to help me. They all pulled together to get me my bike and I can not think of anywhere else that even compares to the incredible service I received by Billy, Brandon and Kenny.

Got a loan to buy a used bike from a private party. They call it their rider to rider program. Joe, the GM, was awesome to work with and they gave me a great deal. Low down and a good interest rate. I'd definitely recommend them.

Had to go to the Harley Dealer the other day to get a key made. Found out that one has to get the key number from under the plastic on the key and order the key with the number to the main office. What a hassle.but the guy at the Harley Dealership was very nice when he told me that with a big smile on his face. He was nice though.

Staff is out of his world awesome. Lots of new inventory all the time. Everybody is kind. They Rock!

3: 10 on a Sunday afternoon and both the website and window sign says open until 4 but the place was locked up.

Great service and the sales staff goes above and beyond. Just wish we could of worked a deal. Oh well another time

I’d be happy to explain why your Dealership deserves a 1 star. To be honest, you guys are lucky there isn’t a half star option. From what I could see the employees here are top notch! I had a wonderful experience with all of them. It was only after dealing directly with the owner and his sorry excuse for Some sort of Manager (his Son) that I had a bad taste in my mouth. When your service managers and sales managers tell the customer that he was sold a faulty product and the dealership would be happy to fix it because it’s the right thing to do and then the owners sorry excuse for a manager steps in and gives you the big middle finger, it generally makes you question how you got sucked into doing business there in the first place. If employees arent supposed to fix customer problems then you should tell them that. Not make it some big secret. The bottom line attitude of ownership just lost this Harley Dealership my business for life.

Great store all kinds of all kinds of gifts and supplies for a bikers great prices and a friendly atmosphere

My wife and I have purchased a Harley for each of us in the past two years. Though we had some up and downs with Fresno Hatley they have always made it right so much so that when it come to third we will visit there first and maybe only.
