Ariel at the front desk is always super nice, friendly, and helpful. It is in the best location walkable to a ton of restaurants/culver steps area, erewhon, ivy station, and the park. Unit has a bit of an awkward layout and limited storage but amazing light with lots of windows. Good amenities with a gym and theater space.

I’ve had a very good experience with staff here, particularly Ariel and Kevin — they’ve been friendly, calm and helpful. And they always send notifications to warn about things like a temporary water shutoff, or to explain when the occasional wacky thing happens (e.g. Something trips the alarm system).
