Harmony Home Medical

These guys were the only ones in SD willing to tackle the brake repairs on a certain brand of walker (Nitro). Two other places declined because that certain Nitro walker was too difficult to repair. They worked long & hard on trying to repair it with no success. They offered to replace it with a new one for a very fair price and price adjustment on the time spent trying to repair the old one. They know how to treat their customers. Highly recommended!

They are the "Nordstrom" of Home Medical equipment and all products to help make your and your loved ones life better/safer/more freedom as they age. Needed a hospital bed quickly. This company responds quickly and with great service. Their installer, Lucas, was excellent and ensured we knew how to operate the eqpt. The bed was new and set up without any delay. Thank you all.

The personnel in the store were helpful and gave us plenty of time to experiment and ask questions. The delivery was made by Lucas who was extremely careful to make sure that spaces were big enough to bring the chair in. He then showed us in detail how everthing worked and mentioned a few things that were very helpful. The chair itself is very comfortable and useful.

My 91 year old aunt needed a new wheelchair. Jason was very helpful. He took the time to explain the difference in wheelchairs and found a lightly used one. Which made it possible for us to buy it for her. Jason was kind and patient with my aunt. He also gave her a military discount.

I highly recommend going here for any health care needs.

I am so thrilled that I found Harmony Home Medical! My Father is visiting for 3 weeks and I am able to rent a wheelchair and purchase everything I need for him at one place. Most important, the staff is fantastic! Everyone is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. There is no hard sell, just honest, super helpful information. I learned that they also will come to the house and do installations. Fantastic business!

I can't say enough good things about Harmony. Racheal was amazing-so prompt and professional. I definitely will go here again for my mobility needs. My father is unable to walk. It is through this company that we were able to get a really nice power chair delivered to the hotel for him to have a comfortable and mobile stay.

I placed an order online for a new cane and drove down the next day to pick it up. They had no idea I had even placed the order and the item wasn't even in stock. I was told that they would deliver the cane to my house the day and I agreed. After waiting around the house most of the next day for it I finally call and asked when it might show up, I was told they couldn't get the cane. They didn't even bother to call and let me know it wasn't going to show up.

I will never do business with them again.
