I am a new patient and have neuropathy.they covered all my treatments through medicare and their staff and has been wonderful. Dr Harper is always available for questions and advice.i recommend this office to anyone needing help.

I met Dr. Harper at a seminar about stem cell therapy and was very impressed. I decided to proceed with the treatment, and I’m so glad that I did! My left big toe now has feeling in it, when I was unable to feel it for 19 years. I was lucky enough to find my way to Dr Harpers office and helpful staff. I came to him trying to find bone on bone knee/hip pain relief and more importantly an alternative to an impending surgical knee replacement. I found it-one week after my Stem Cell therapy, I was pain free in my knee. My hip; from walking crooked took a couple weeks more to be pain free. Dr Harper and his staff truly care about helping everyone he meets, whether it’s through his Seminars or word of mouth. Check out his YouTube video. I’m relieved to report for the first time in 8 years my hands have completely recovered and I can feel the bottom of my feet and some toes. I came to Harper Natural Health Solutions (Feb 2019 - late but still relevant review!) due to knee pain in both knees from years of tennis, volleyball, and skiing. I'll explain the one negative experience, which is why this review is 4 stars and not 5. Prior to getting the SCT (stem cell therapy) done, the office was very responsive. After receiving the SCT, I felt the office was less accessible (in terms of availability to schedule appointment times, and I kept playing phone tag and only able to reach their answering service). They, of course, did call me back the following day or so. Ok, on to all the positive features of this office and my experience.

Staff (Dr. Harper, Praise, and Christina) are very friendly and professional. The office space is clean and organized. There's a parking lot shared with other offices in that building- never had an issue finding parking. It's been 6 months since the SCT treatment, and my knees have zero inflammation and pain free. This really does sound too good to be true, but I'm extremely grateful that this treatment has worked for me. This is after following Dr. Harper's dietary and recommendations pre and post treatment. Being a relatively active person, I'll admit refraining from sports for 1 month post treatment was very difficult, but it was doable. I also need to mention that my knee pain was not due to a previous injury, excessive weight, or an inactive lifestyle (so perhaps those factors have contributed to my successful results). I hope the SCT continues to work for me and provide amazing results for others. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. HARPER and his services (specifically the SCT) if youre experiencing knee pain. If you're unsure, I would suggest attending one of his seminars to get more information and ask ALL and any questions you have until you feel comfortable. I’m posting this on behalf of my mom since she doesn’t have an email account to post from. In my opinion, I personally have seen and heard positive changes in her health from her using stem cell therapy and working with Dr. Harper. Because of her success, if I ever have an issue with my health that can benefit from using stem cell therapy with Dr. Harper, you bet he will be my first choice rather than typical surgery.

“I am soooo happy I found Dr Harpers’, Natural Health Solutions. The name, “ Natural Health ‘Solutions’. ” Says it all. I found my way to his office thru a friend that had great success with his Stem Cell for hip. I checked out a different Stem Cell Therapy that was not for me (I had too many health concerns and didn’t want to use my own stem cells). I called Dr Harper, received a phone call immediately and I was a good candidate for my knee-bone on bone, ouch! Been in pain for 13 years. (I was scheduled for a knee replacement in September. 2019). I went with Dr Harpers therapy in April and was relieved of all knee pain 1 week later! I am so pleased with my Stem Cell progress I elected to have Dr Harper treat my peripheral Neuropathy in July. I went to Dr. Harper for help with nephropathy. He has done a great job reweaving the pain and problems and bringing my nerves back. I like the way he treats people, answers all of their questions.and helps them regain health without any drugs. I have also used him for chiropractic procedures which have been very helpful.

Dr. Harper isn't just a colleague he is also an excellent clinician. Not only does he spend countless hours outside of his office to learn the latest methods to help his patients but he also works hard to get the best results for his patients. If I ever need to refer to someone in the Oceanside area I will very happily send them to see Dr. Harper. If you want to get the best results see the best Dr.

I went to a work shop that Dr. Harper put on and listened to video and personal testimonials about the success of his treatments. I signed on last year and agreed to follow the plan of treatment Dr. Harper gave me. I am about 95% pain free with a huge reduction in pain medicine and I am totally off diabetic medication.
