It's very difficult to get a drink delivered while playing on a machine. I was number 364 in the queue for over half an hour. If you want a beer, you better buy it before you sit down to play.

Never play a machine you used to win on. They had my favorite shut down a few trips ago. Since then Played $50.00 never a bonus and hit $2.50 total. That was with a $1.50 bet!

Slots are tight.seems like weekdays late at night are the best. They close at 3 am on weekdays.right when slots start to hit. ‍️ everyone is friendly and great customer service!

Clean warmth of comfort way of quick getaway for and outing just for a few hours new Casino Harrah's family of Caesars who I belong to in Las Vegas distance for travel well convenience roads fixed and nearly no traffic from lathrop to Ione Harrah's 27 mins oh by the way serve adult beverages and great hamburger of course with cheese my wife and I enjoyed.

I have won lots a money here, but I've also lost alot as well. But overall won more then I've lost. They need a hotel.

Clean loved it didn't smell like ashtray. Ate lunch in the cafe, taco salad was great, burger a bit on the very well done would suggest asking for med instead. Machines were clean not trashed from other players, over all energy positive and fun.

Won a jockpot just to have them not accept my license, after I get a DMV print out and come back was still told it wasn't good enough and I had to get a intermittent driver's license which DMV no longer issues since 2020.staff are not helpful

Not a bad place to go if its a weekday and either real early or just before closing. Otherwise it's been my experience to lose, lose and then lose somemore.weekends the machines are way tight, can never ay the games you want and don't even try and get something to drink cuz it ain't happening- at least it doesn't for me. Other than that I can't really complain.

I like Harrahs in Amador.the drive is beautiful through Calaveras/Amador county.
Budget at any casino but I always come out smiling from here!

I like this place, the only thing I can really say is not so good is the way they add up your points. It seems to take many more to add up then useally.

More than disappointed.one very nice lady security guard. The rest of staff treat you rudely. I play a lot and am disappointed by the service. No drinks and difficult to get one. When I finally found someone they had a full tray and said "sorry not my side of the room" I had been there 4 hours and just wanted a soda or water. Management apologized after I asked if this is how they treat their customers but never got a drink, they don't have self serve and had to stop along the way home. I think it will be a while before I go back. If at all.

I'd rate better if y'all would loosen up those tight-wad slots.
UPDATE: I won $49,551. So thanks for the loosening up of the slots I guess!

Small which I kind of liked. Slots were HOT. Walked out with a G. Good food and only about an hour away. I will be back for sure.

Place was empty. Nobody hogs machines. Lots of wins but had the problem of walking away. But lesson learned. Still had fun

I disagree with 3.5 star rating.it should be a 4.0 star rating and the only reason they don't make 5 is because they serve Pepsi instead of Coke.

Some guy kept yelling at me for not wearing a mask when I just put a cigarette our. No beer on the floor. Tacos were trash. Drive to tahoe.

I think this place is great. Its not big, but clean, great staff, all new machines. Again its not a huge casino but great place to go away. While they only have 2 places to grab food, the markets and resturant its still nice. I will be going back. The comment posted below mine, with ATM withdrawl, just FYI u were probably getting a cash advance from credit card and all casinos give u a slip to go to cashier, ask for ur licence and u have to sign. Atm cash withdrawl u get ur cash right away.
