Harriet Fair Oaks Self-Serve Car Wash

I use to like going to this car wash but now that they made it a card only place and no cash I'm definitely not coming back. Checked the charges aswell and they charged double.

This place is getting worse with the future not the better constant price hikes, they only take credit cards and the debit cards don't work

Bad service
They charged me $10 dollars for a $4 dollars for vacuuming my car. They don’t have a number to make a complaint or speak to someone.

Self wash service and it is open 24/7.
I do believe there's is room for improvement when it comes to the soap and detergents they use. I've had some times where the machine was low on soap which was disappointing because I always spend $10 on a single wash.

Not my prefer self service coin car wash. Charges 40% higher than other self service car wash. However, it gets the job done if you are in the area.

They overcharged me when I used the vacuum $20 on my debit card and the owner won’t return my calls. Won’t be going here again

I used my Venmo card on the vacuum that charges $2. They ended up charging me $3.25 after the charge was done pending. I won't be using my card again

The number of car wash cabins is low, but we did not wait too long! My favorite part? Tiny washbasin with auto cloth washing and squeezing with a roller! I don't like the part where the drying and interior cleaning is done? Why? The ground is uneven and rough! Definitely need renovation! We are going because it is close to my house but needs improvement to be a better place to Pasadena!

Black owned! Excellent products. Convenient. 24 hrs.what else can I say? Always a good experience.

I had to immediately leave a glowing review for this small business after my first visit. I’m new to the hood and have been doing drive thrus for years, which aren’t as ubiquitous around here, so gave this a try. Such amazing customer service, both gents working (owners?) came and helped me work everything right away and kept checking to make sure i was okay with the equipment. Love to be in a community with businesses run like this, and it also reminded me how much i love DIY car washing!

The machines all work, the change bills are crisp, and the place is kept up very well! Always someone there keeping it clean. Not like some self service car washes.
