My cousin had their ramen while of course I had to come for the buns! I’m more of a sweets person, she got a savory one. But all tasted delicious, and we’re so cute!

Baos are cute but very dry inside. Also you can’t mix and match baos. Ramen was delicious. Chicken katsu was pretty dry. Salmon was pretty plain.

Zushi, ramen, and buns were so tasty. Not that expensive either great place to eat with friends or family.

Delicious food and cute buns everything was delicious we ordered ramen, buns, gyoza, katsu, and taro tea. Definitely come here if you're looking for cute character buns and for great tasting food!

We were not satisfied. The Bao Buns were super small and thinly filled. The duck had more fat than meat, so it was of poor quality. We wouldn't eat there again next time.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a mixed experience. While the vegetarian options were just okay, the sweet bao were absolutely amazing! The flavors were unique and delightful, a true treat for the taste buds. The service was exceptional; the staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The ambiance was pleasant, creating a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing meal.

Although the vegetarian menu could use some improvement, the outstanding bao desserts, excellent service, and good ambiance make this place worth a visit. I would recommend it, especially if you have a sweet tooth and appreciate great service.

Animal bao buns were a little dry, I had the poke and it was good nothing too great but not bad either if it weren’t for the animal buns not sure I would be dining here, I didn’t like you couldn’t mix and match character buns especially since that is what they are known for

The atmosphere is good and the servers are kind, but the taste is not good. The ramen is too salty. The meat in the ramen is barely edible.

Music is a lil too loud and service is kinda slow BUT ITS OKAY CUZ the ppl are SO sweet AND THE FOOD IS SO SMACK, i'm not a big fan of veggies but I was willing to try something new and i'm SO glad I did because the chicken ramen was SMACK, the buns were fantastic and don't even get me started on the Cali Rolls, awesome food and very amazing servers! Oh also parking is pretty tough

This place has really gone down hill. Eggplant bao buns were rubbery and inedible. Ramen was over salted, tofu was not cooked, and broccoli was very raw.

Waiting for a delivery order is like pulling teeth. Saw 10 orders go out. Asked about mine kept being told 5 minutes. It was almost 30 minutes.

Firstly, HORRIBLE music choice. You are looking for a spot to eat, you see this place’s cute character buns, you decide to come and check it out. I got sucked in like that too.

The whole time we were dining, they were playing cheap, LOUD European techno that you’d expect from a mediocre night club. How this fits into their branding is beyond me.

Food itself was so-so. Their character buns are the only saving grace. We were hungry so no real complaints, but I wouldn’t come dine in again.

The workers were nice, though.

One of the better ramens in San Diego. I recommend the ME SO HOT which has brussel sprouts and peanut-y broth, a different spin on tonkotsu but really good, also the spam/yuzu bao was awesome.

The character buns are adorable! If it wasn't for the character, though, I'm not sure if it would be worth it. Taste is pretty good, nothing spectacular, but definitely worth getting at least once for the photo.

A good option for ramen.
Portions are excellent. The unmatched flavor. There is a waiting line and once your food is ordered, it will take a few minutes to arrive. But the wait will be worth it.

The food and buns were all delicious. We tried the pig and puppy buns, and they were flavorful but not overly so.
