What can I say. I walked in on a random Thursday (11/9) and was able to tour a unit immediately. I then submitted an application the next day and within a week (11/16), I was approved and sent a lease offer to move at the start of December. It was the perfect timeline for my situation.

Just finished settling in (12/4) and the unit is amazing! I couldn’t be happier. The leasing team deserves so much credit for how quick and professional they were. Honestly, the process could’ve been done quicker had it not been for my end lol.

Huge shout out to the team for being so accommodative! Loving it here so far

These people are clowns.

I tried to provide rent and security deposit via money order (which is basically the same thing as a cashier’s check) but they wouldn’t accept it and were unable to give a substantive reason why, so I ended up needing to spend my free time entirely uncompensated to go back to my bank asking for a new copy of the same thing. Even the bank teller laughed and indicated it was completely ridiculous.
Then after moving out TWO YEARS later I see a collection on a credit report listing them as the original creditor, but I never received any phone call or letter asking me to pay what they are claiming I did not pay.

They apparently claimed they had to spend over $1,200 in cleaning costs on an apartment in perfectly rentable condition.
If it’s supposedly going to cost so much, why not let your former tenants know so they can “fix” it? Or at least give them a heads up they’re giving it to a collection agency so it doesn’t show on your credit reports? Even if costs were legitimate, why go to the trouble to sell nuisance credit balance amounts (net of “forfeited” security deposit of $163) to debt collectors TWO YEARS after the fact? Like it’s just petty nonsense… Just take the loss and move on.

Move here at your own risk. Even when you think you’ve washed your hands from this nonsense, clearly they can still come back to haunt you. They will make THEIR mistakes YOUR mistakes.

The supervisor is the one that finally fixed my AC. Thank you so much. He was on call on Sunday and he did the job quickly and efficiently. He is skilled and knowledge about his job and also polite and personable.

Do NOT move in here. Airline lost my bag which had my keys and they would not let me into my apartment. They said that they couldn’t prove I lived there (even though I have a copy of my lease and ID) and to get a locksmith even though is specifically states on the lease not to do that. I am currently on my way to a hotel in my own town even though I pay 2600 in rent every month. Also the HVAC system sounds louder than the generators on base in Afghanistan.

The fellow who fixed our lite actually came the day before and we asked him to come back the nest day. He came back and now we have lite in our kitchen. He did a great job. Thank you.

We moved in Feb 2020, and noticed the staff are great, very accomodating and helpful. Our unit is brand new, so it's very clean. The area is awesome, safe for the kids too.
