I wanted to support a small local business but the gentleman behind the counter insist that I wear a mask while shopping in the store so I'm taking my business to Home Depot where I will not be harassed.

I WENT INTO STORE TO EXCHANGE A GARDEN HOSE HAND SPRINKLER THAT I BOUGHT SEVERAL YEARS AGO THAT HAD A LIFE TIME WARRENTY.
I STILL HAND THE ORIGNAL PACKAGE. STATING THE WARENTY. EXCHANGE REFUSE BY THE MANAGER STATING THAT IT WAS TOO OLD. I BELIEVE THAT THE PART WAS NO OLDER THAN 8 YEARS. I CONTACTED ACE CORPORATE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PART HAD A LIFETIME WARRENTY. THE NOZZLE WAS PROBABLY A TEN DOLLAR ITEM. DO NOT SHOP THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT BACK UP WHAT THEY SELL.

I was not only compelled to write this review, but I also called and spoke to a manager. After running back and forth between here and HD, it was clear that the consultants - yes that's what they are - care about their products and the customers they help. When you enter you are asked if you need help, and can move forward with asking for advice as needed. Other bigger stores don't even come close to this, the choice should be clear support local smaller businesses that care.

Came here looking for some very specific items to make a wooden clock. Had someone help me through my list, which involved several different departments. They were so very helpful. Would definitely come here again!

So nice to have ACE nearby! Doesn't have everything but carries most of what we need and we don't have to deal with Home Depot. Easy to get someone to help at ACE and always a quick easy trip!

I have always loved this local hardware store; but this week the new owner went above and beyond to help me find almost all sold-out breathing masks before I returned home to Napa, where we are having the worst wildfire in history. Now I can go home and be more protected from the toxic air. Thank you, Richard!

Was in and out in 5 minutes, found the exact gate latch I needed for 5 dollars, and my kids each walked away smiling with a lollipop in hand.

Wonderful service & they carry everything a homeowner needs. Prices are a little high for some items.

Unless you cannot go to home depot or lowes, and ace is much more convenient, then go here. Since it is more convenient for people who live close by, you have to pay higher prices for items.

Not particularly large. But they usually have everything I need. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
