7This place was bumping for proms! So busy and yet staff was super friendly and helpful without being stressed. Dresses are pricey though. You have been warned. Lol
Drove to the prom outlet because I had heard they had a good selection, ended up at the sister store haute house courtier and Yolanda was amazing at sizing and getting my daughter into the perfect formal prom dress.this will definitely be my go to formal dress store… great selection and if they don’t have it they’ll order and ship direct to you

I have been coming here for years and can’t recommend it enough! I’ve always had wonderful experiences. Staff are super friendly and they have plenty of gorgeous dresses for almost any event. Prom & bridesmaid friendly!
Sincerely, the worst prom experience ever. From the go, it was terrible. We weren’t greeted at the door nor asked did we need help, maybe it had to do with the fact that we were of darker complexion compared to the other shoppers in the store. The size selection was just terrible, my friend, who’s a size 10-12 had a hard time finding much of anything for herself. I, a 16-18 didn’t find a single piece. When asking for a larger size, I was told that online had a wider size range but oh you can’t return once ordered online so how does a bigger women know how she’ll look in a dress? Is the expectation to spend $400 online just to find out, “whoops not my size, sucks can’t return it”. Overall the customer service came off as judgmental and rude and discriminatory. Given this was our first location for the prom season, we are extremely disappointed to say that Haute House shouldn’t be the place to go if you’re size 10 or up and a person of color.
