Haven Car Wash

I pulled in for a car wash and when it was finished I pulled in to a spot under the cover so they could wipe it down. The manager started telling me I have to park in the sun and wait. I asked how would a customer know to wait in the sun when all workers were under the cover. I found him to be rude. For $14 they could've vacuumed or at least let me vacuum. They don't deserve our money.

I didn’t even want a car wash here, I pulled through and seen how gross the car wash looked and tried to back out, somebody pulled in when I was trying to leave. I told the guy at the window I didn’t want a car wash here and he was supposed to go tell the other car to back out. He instead came back to my window asking why, I ended up just getting it done so it wasn’t a hassle but the water literally smells so bad even going through, I can smell it with the windows rolled up, I’m so mad! Also it doesn’t come with a vacuuming. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I've been coming here for over a decade, since I was in high school. Quality has gone down, and price has gone up dramatically. My car interior is still dusty all over, it's like I didn't get a car wash. And I paid for the protection plus, nearly $40. Absolutely not worth the money to still have dust all over my interior. Never coming back. Worst car wash I've ever had, gas stations do better. I will have to go to a self service vacuum just to clean up after them. There's grime all over the trunk still. Didn't even get air freshener. $40 for what? Do not go to this car wash

Nice lil place. I love that there was no line when I got here at 930. They also did a great job and gave me great service.

Owner is completely rude! They apparently don’t know what time they close and choose to turn away customers that have bigger vehicles even though they do hand washes they still refused to do it because they had to pull out the water hose. Do not come here what’s so ever!

The worst experience at a car wash ever! I spent 80$ and they didn’t do anything they half washed my truck! And I was asking the owner about it and he started yelling at me and I’m 9months pregnant screaming saying are you kidding please don’t go to this car wash it’s not worth your time and they do a horrible
Job! If I can get my refund back I would because it was a terrible and horrible experience! The fact that he saying it’s not what we paid for is the crazy part what’s the point of having a car wash when you don’t even get what you paid for! The most disgusting place and for the manager to yell at a pregnant person is crazy. Never in my life have I experienced that disgusting behavior a horrible job and he said his employer took two hours cleaning the truck he did nothing to the truck just a sloppy disgusting job! But I have the recording of him yelling at me pregnant and it is uploaded on social media!

I came by today around a little after noon and I was surprised they charged so much I paid 32 for a basic works car wash and they added 2 dollars since I have a suv. I was stuck in the line so I paid it and thought ok maybe it's worth it.but then the guy sent me thru the wash, and when I came out the attendant cleaned my suv half way then went over and started doing another car and left all the towels sitting on my car while I waited there with my toddler in the parking lot. It took him over 10 minutes then he came back to my car and I asked him what happened and he just said sorry. Oi mean I understand if the work load was heavy at the time, but how is that customers car (which he was sitting in) more important than mine. Is his time more valuable? Did he pay more? Why was I not told about this process before I paid? Never going back. I still tipped the guy because idk if it was his fault or if he was ordered to do that.

The owner/manager is very unprofessional and lazy. I paid $180 for a full detail/shampoo condition. Vehicle came back, smelling horrible when I told the owner that the car wasn’t shampooed and conditioned correctly he said we did our best I requested for them to go over it again, but not without receiving attitude from him. As a small business owner I understand we have bad days, so I tried another time with him. He disappointed again displaying bad mannerism in the way he speaks to customers he’s only worried about making the dollar not satisfying the customers needs.

Came to get car wash on 2/21 at 4: 05 pm. The gentleman at the cashier was is not very polite and he is very pushy. The rest of the staff is very friendly. Under this new management prices are very expensive for basic wash and vacuuming.
