Haven Inn reviews
10 Great place to stay, really nice room, couldn't be much better.
Chico keeps getting better for us!
Harsh the manager was super nice and gave me a great deal Halloween weekend! Room was cozy and clean and the shower was hot! Microwave came in clutch!
This lovely little Inn has really taken a turn for the better. The owners are friendly, kind and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. It's far enough away from the noise and bustle of downtown, but not too far away where you can't walk to shopping and restaurants easily. Beyond the fact that the price per night is great, I can't recommend Haven Inn enough.
This motel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are so chill and respectful. The owner or manager has always been kind and respectful to me and my family. He's remodeled a few room's in the back and the restored rooms are beautiful. I really like staying here, it's one of my favorite motels in Chico, for a number of reasons.
I got a room here because it was cheap. But I made a big mistake! It looked like a place where drug use and other undesirable activities take place. The rooms are disappointing and gross. Don't be cheap and avoid this place.
Don't waste your money to stay in this hotel.when I was changing my babys diaper in bed on bedspreads you can see many black stains of dirt but the one that disgusted me the most was a vomit stain, the other bed was also dirty black stains and cigarette burns and my husband found hairs
the refrigerator was dirty, the television didn't work none of the channels and in the room of my friends they found cockroaches we had no choice but to leave those rooms and go to another hotel it was a waste of money.very disappointed
Best motel in Chico for the price. I've stayed here many times over the years. The owners keep an eye on things. A couple of reviewers mentioned bedbugs but I've stayed in several different rooms over the then years and have never seen one. If traffic noise bothers you, ask for a room towards the back. If your picky mother-in-law is in town, let her pay $249 a night at the Marriot. But for an experienced traveller on a budget, this is a great little motel
If you need a place to rest your head it's clean. The walls can be paper thin and not every room is in the best shape but for a night of rest under $100 it works.
Worst hotel i have ever been in. Had to drive our fire engine back to base camp and just sleep in it cause i did not trust the hotel not to have bed bugs smoking smell, drug sells outside, and weird black stains splattered everywhere. Sleep on the sidewalk cause its cleaner
The restroom door jams when opening and closing.
The water was freezing cold. Had to get staff to turn the temperature of the water up higher.
Best of yet, there’s a freaking mouse in our room. I’ll never recommend this place.
This place is way overpriced for its conditions.
The first set of pictures are of the restroom door.
The second is the front door showing the gap on the bottom of the door. A gap big enough for any small rodent to squeeze through.
