The managment and maintenance staff are amazing. Any issues I have had are always addressed promptly. In the 2 Years ive been here I've seen all of 3 sewere roaches and as soon as I alerted them an exterminator was sent out and treated drains in my apt as well as placed glue traps. At times the drains do smell sours like so bad I cant stand it maitainence came out and treated that and let me know to flush the drains with a little bleach and water 1 a month. So they are very responsive, the peoperty is clean and well maintained.

Price is reasonable for the area I'm in a studio unit, and its bigger than most comparable ones and similar ones.

Parking: I knew there wasnt much guest/unsigned parking when I moved in (I asked those questions before signing a lease) I do pay for an additional spot $75. Which isnt a big a deal to me because I expected to have to do that. There is some street parking but it can fill up as Fullerton only allows streer parking on designated streets.

My negative experiences are things management cant really control. Their are alot of inconsiderate dog owners who let their pets urinate in the hallways, theres often dog urine at the near my door/corner so much so tht i had to throw out my outside entryway rug. The porter always cleans it when I notify, sometimes they just see it and clean it. The beetles are a real thing they somehow get inside my entry way in warmer months and pincher bugs as well. I live bottom floor so maybe thats why.

I am a current resident here and have been for two years. The apartments are pretty nice. Other than the tiny kitchen, the apartments have good space and the bedrooms are a good size. Their maintenance staff is amazing, they are always available and keep up with the gardening and landscaping.

Unfortunately, there are ridiculous rules, like what is allowed on your balcony and what isn't. Also, since COVID, forget about using the pool or gym so you are paying for luxury living but not able to experience the pool, jacuzzi or gym.

Lastly, the complaints get out of hand. At one point I was threatened to have my pool privileges' removed for having "guests" even though the guests at the pool were not my guests. In addition, the walls are extremely thin and you will constantly get noise complaints. I've talked to a lot of neighbors who complain about the same thing. You cannot be out hanging out and talking on your own balcony because the security guard will come and tell you to keep it down.at 6 p.m. The security has time for that but do not have time to go check the parking lot for theft since there has been a lot of that going around.

In the end, I think the apartments are nice, but not worth the price if you cannot even watch a movie in your apartment with a higher volume of 15 without getting noise complaints. I will not be renewing my lease for the third time.

Recently began renting at Haver Hill with my significant other and overall it isn't bad. Maintenance is very quick, even for non-emergency situations- I have never waiting more than a day for anything! The office staff is also very friendly. Though I have hit some snags in being charged incorrectly due to a move-in special, the community manager, Lisa, was so professional and kind while quickly working to fix the situation for us! The pool is relaxing, clean, family friendly, and open late (10pm) which I love! For a small gym, I am pleased with the machinery and weights they have to offer and appreciate that it can be used at any time.
The downsides for this apartment complex include super pricey extra parking ($75 for one extra parking spot), and the amount of beetles (for clarification these are NOT roaches) that are on the premises at night. There are always men working to keep the grounds as beautiful and taken care of as they are, and I have never seen one roach on the property, though there are many beetles.
One big issue we have with my unit is the wall A/C unit. When we moved in the asst.community manager told us that this was a High Voltage unit that reaches every room in the apartment, and that there have been no complaints.well. I guess we will be the first. I've had to spend so much extra money on fans because the bedroom and bathroom are so dang HOT. The A/C unit barely even reaches the kitchen it is so weak. I wish I would have not taken her word for it because now my significant other and I are quite miserably hot throughout the night.: (

We are happy here for now, for SURE- Haver Hill is a wonderful place for us to start our apartment journey and we are very thankful for the easy process and living that they have given us so far. However in the future, we may put central air conditioning as a priority when choosing an apartment. Thanks Haver Hill:)

I made an emergency call due to a clogged drained. Company sent over Felipe (maintenance tech) and in no time fixed my issue. He was well equipped and efficiently handle my issue. I can't say enough how greatful I am.

While the office staff is kind and maintenance is okay. For a community that is labeled as "gated" it's not very secure.all the time we see people coming in digging through the trashes looking for something.that is a concern.twice in a single month my husband's car has been broken into. And very valuable tools that are our livlyhood have been taken. The staff took a report but that's all they gave done.they say we have security on premises but so far I haven't even been able to talk to them. Can't even find a number.so this gets 2 stars because it's not a secure parking place things will get stolen. OH AND a random dude tried to break into our apartment at 2am one night.still no security.security is a major priority to my husband and I and unfortunately this place doesn't have it.

Horrible place to live, the manager Gabriela De la Vega very bad attitude, no customer service, smoke of tabaco and mariguana come inside the apartments if you care of your health don’t rent there, wants you sign a lease you are stuck to live there, and if you complain, they can’t do anything because the smokers have a lease, also cockroach problem also in all buildings I talk to some neighbors they have same issues as me, good luck if you decide to live there, thanks god my lease ended last month very bad experience, not recommended!

Absolutely love Haver Hill Apartments. I love being able to walk out front of property 10 steps and having the shopping plaza that includes Kohls, Ralph's, dry cleaners dentist, sallys, Starbucks, flame broiler, Carl's Jr, union bank, chase bank. Walk out the side entrance next door we have taco bell across the street Albertsons and Starbucks. Walk out the rear gate we have Chinese, doughnuts, a bodega, across from that is target 711 and orally auto parts. The team here at Haver Hill Apartments work very good together and strive to make Haver Hill the paradise all of us residents enjoy coming home to.

This apartment complex is an absolutely incredible place to live, especially if you have pets. Many apartment complexes in the area do not accept pets. Haver Hill accepts dogs and cats, and in fact seems to welcome them. There are dog-friendly facilities throughout the grounds. The complex itself is very pleasant and extremely well maintained even though there is a sizable dog population (not all dog owners clean up after their dogs), The maintenance staff faithfully make rounds of the complex first thing in the morning and throughout the day to make sure the grounds are clean and can be used by anyone. The grounds themselves are just beautiful, and delightful to walk through and see from windows, patios and balconies. Whenever I have any problem in my apartment the staff responds promptly and always does what needs to be done with a cheerful demeanor. The final touch is that the office staff is polite and attentive. This is a terrific place to live!

The reviews about the noise are just that, noise. I've been here 3 months and never has noise kept me up at night. A problem I DO HAVE is that my sink is currently pumping up black chunky water from my drain and THERE IS NO NUMBER FOR A MAINTENANCE PERSON ANYWHERE! It's past 6: 00 pm so I have to just hope that this water doesn't overflow some time tonight and ruin my bathroom? GREAT.

Average apartment community, buildings are not clean and there is a lot of commotion at times due to college students living here. Hallways are not well kept. Landscaping is good, washer & dryer in unit. Very tight visitor parking. Maintenance service is good. Will not recommend.

This is an amazing community! We have never regretted renting an apartment here. We have been living here for about 8 months and I just signed another 12-month lease.

Here are the upsides:
1) The unit is spacious and has a W/D machine.
2) The view is charming- pool view,
3) The surrounding is well kept.
4) The leasing office staff are very kind and friendly. They are all helpful; they really care about the residents. They respond promptly.
5) the maintenance is doing a great job.
6) It is very quiet at night.
7) There are elevators!
8) the rent is somewhat expensive but it is worth it.
9) Modest gym.
10) Buisness center.
11) Close to a shopping center.

The downsides:
1) Pets are allowed.
2) Balconies are adjacent- no privacy!
3) if your neighbor has a dog, the barks and smell of feces would bother you, especially those who don't pick up the waste immediately from their balconies!
4) The utility bill (water-sewer- trash) doesn't depend on your personal usage. Even when are on a vacation, you would pay the same amount-around 85 dollars a month. I lived in Seattle and Anaheim for years and the max.utility bill I got was around 45 bucks! I wish there was a meter on each unit.
5) No central AC.

Overall, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages!

So happy to be here!
