Hawk Ranch Wedding Venue, Murrieta CA

Very beautiful place to have a wedding. I wouldn't even mind having a picnic there. From 3pm to 7pm was a perfect time with the setting winter sun, giving the bride a long-lasting golden hour.

Very nice venue. If I was to book a wedding here I would put in the contract no dogs, owners or catering. Beautiful wedding speech’s being made all the while two dogs continuously barked ruining what should have been a very special time.

I had my wedding at Hawk Ranch on 9/2/22 and it was AMAZING! I attended a celebration of life here the year prior and knew this was going to be my venue. Crystal was my coordinator and she was absolutely incredible. From helping me put my vision together, to making recommendations where I was stuck to being extra flexible with my requests. She was always there for me. I’m raising a 9 month old and my husband works 50-60 hours a week so when I felt stuck or needed a little push Crystal was there with help and answers. Now the venue. Holy cow. It’s stunning as it is but, when you see this place come to life your jaw will drop. The bridal suite, the lights, the furniture, table dressings and your carefully chosen florals… it’s like a fairy tale. I could go on and on about the venue and the people but, I think it’s best you experience it yourself. I have to mention my incredible photographer as well whose photos you are seeing attached to this review. Sabrina Lynn Photo is absolutely amazing and used the stunning landscape at hawk ranch to its fullest potential!

My wife and I highly recommend having your wedding at Hawk Ranch and making sure Crystal is your venue coordinator. My wife and I got married there in October 2022 and had a large 170+ person wedding. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful of a wedding venue it is, which is undeniable given it is a very-well maintained outdoor venue with beautiful trees, tons of greenery, and a large pond. Its really unlike any other venue you'll find in the Murrieta/Temecula area, especially for the price. And, the day of the wedding, everything went absolutely smooth and, I may be biased, but it was the best wedding I've been to.

Crystal and her team were very responsive throughout the entire process, answered all of our many questions, and provided excellent vendor recommendations, including Temecula Catering, Wine Country Florals, and 2 Olives & a Twist. One of my favorite things about Hawk Ranch is that it is BYOB-you can provide your own alcohol, which means you get to save money compared to other venues and purchase the alcohol you and your guests actually enjoy. We were also able to secure our own DJ, DJ Solstice, who provided DJ services, professional audio and lighting, and a photo booth.

One thing we really appreciated is that the venue did not nickle and dime us for using their lounge furniture and other decor they have on site, which is unlike many of the other venues we toured.

My wife was overall happy with her bridal suite, although it is probably better for a smaller bridal party (she had 9 bridesmaids so you won't find many venues that have a bridal suite that can accommodate such a large group). For the grooms suite, they offer a very nice trailer with a nice little outdoor area. Again, it wasn't ideal for such a large group (I had 7 groomspeople) and it is located near the parking lot where guests enter from so I really wanted to ignore that area beginning an hour or so before the ceremony. One recommendation would be to build a more formal grooms suite with a pool table or other indoor games in the future.

Unfortunately, the one day in October it happened to rain was on our wedding day, which, as you can expect, caused a lot of stress the week leading up to the wedding given it is an outdoor venue. Crystal, along with our personal wedding planner (Events by Ari), worked extremely hard to secure a tent large enough for our guests and vendors and that was to our quality (e.g, clear tent, draping, twinkle lighting). This was stressful given there was limited availability and the venue didn't have its own tent, but it ended up working out and we were able to secure the tent we wanted through a separate company. Another recommendation, which I understand the venue is already planning to secure, would be that Hawk Ranch offer its own tent as a back-up plan in the event that it does rain the day of the wedding. Given tents are expensive, hopefully it could be offered at either a discounted rate or only for the labor costs.

In addition, the bathrooms were pretty far from where the tent was located, which resulted in a lot of time walking back and forth from the bathrooms to the tent. NOTE, this is ONLY an issue if it rains on the wedding day and you have a larger 100+ person wedding. In hindsight, I probably would have preferred to pay for a luxury portable restroom that could have been located closer to the tent. Something to keep in mind as part of your back-up plan, but not necessary at all.

Overall, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with how the wedding turned out and actually believe it exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend Hawk Ranch enough as a wedding venue and know that with Crystal, you will be in excellent hands.

I was doing a walk through, to potentially have a wedding here and this place is gorgeous. Modern meets country, it’s so elegant and beautiful here. Crystal helped me out and was so sweet and explained everything thoroughly. I can’t wait to work with her and the team for my future wedding

My husband and I were set on having an outdoor venue, we found Hawk Ranch and upon our arrival we fell in love and booked immediately. The pond and the greenery is a sight you need to see in person, and celebrating at this venue makes it that much more amazing. We met Kylie first and she was very thorough on what services are provided and gave us descriptive information by sitting us down and exploring our needs and wants she was super professional sweet and helpful. Crystal our Cordinator and her team are amazing at what they do! Our wedding day was perfection and I cant thank Crystal enough for listening to every detail, communicating with me throughout the months and helping us have the wedding of our dreams! Above all, trust is very hard to find and in this team communication, reassurance and trust is met and exceeded. Planning with their team was easy and if i had any questions again Crystal was on it. That day felt so smooth if there were any errors or mistakes I definitely did not feel any. Every transition wasn’t felt nor did the timeline feel pressured and that is thanks to Crystal for making it so smooth! Not only did we feel the perfection but our guests and family were in love with the venue, the services, the views and definitely will have everyone remember what an amazing night it was! I had my wedding at this venue a few weeks ago and when I tell you It felt like a fairytale! The staff is AMAZING and the venue itself is breathtaking. Me and my husband received so many compliments throughout the night about how beautiful everything turned out. I highly recommend Hawk Ranch.

This is very rustic. There are some very picturesque moments, but it is hard to forget that this is a working ranch and this is someone's back yard (a very nice yard) It was clean and the staff was nice. Probably suited for semi formal or casual attire. I felt very overdressed in a tux.

Attended a friends wedding. Had a great time. The staff was friendly, very professional and helpful. Totally recommend this place for anyone’s dream wedding.

Hawk Ranch is a gorgeous venue with even better hosts. My Husband and I got married on 07/16/22 and the day turned out absolutely perfect. The venue is well cared for and has beautiful, picture-perfect scenery. The entire team of staff, bartenders, coordinators and managers were the best of the best. Crystal, Heather and Kylie, were incredibly responsive, caring, and very professional throughout the entire process, and especially the day of. Our wedding simply would not have turned out to be as beautiful or nearly as fun, without them in our corner. Highly recommend having any type of special event here, you will not be disappointed!

Believe me when I say this, no other venue will cater to your needs like this venue does. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and the venue is beyond gorgeous. Our wedding day was everything we dreamt of and our coordinator Crystal always went above and beyond. We couldn’t be more happy about choosing this place for our wedding.

This venue is beautiful and the people that run this are absolutely amazing. My husband and I just got married there last Friday and we both agree it was all we dreamt of and more. Kylie, Crystal, and Heather are all amazing and super helpful! I definitely recommend this place for future couples. The experience we had here was incredible!

I can't say enough amazing things about this venue! Crystal, our wedding coordinator, made our dreams and visions come to life! She and all of the staff were wonderful and helped us with any thing/ question we needed! They get back to you so quick! Our wedding was a fairy tale and we wish we could do it every weekend! I highly recommend hawk ranch! We will definitely be using this venue for any other events we may plan! I am honestly going to miss talking with each and every one of them! They became family. Hawk ranch is the BEST! ️️

How do i start this review. Hawk Ranch is beautiful well maintained venue. I got married 5/1/22 and i couldn’t have asked for a better venue. My now husband and i live in LA and had a million venues to choose from, but the moment we drove through the venue gates we were in awe. The natural greenery and views are honestly breathtaking. The flowers had perfectly blossomed and the many shady trees were so lush and full. The market lights at night make it so magical. The guest couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue is.
Now enough about the venue and on to Crystal. This girl saved my wedding day. She went above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING and i mean everything went according to plan. She has her phone on her 24/7 and ALWAYS had an answer to my every question. She was truly a blessing to my husband and I. With the craziness of the day Crystal did not crack. Her positive attitude and willingness to make sure my day was truly special meant so much to me. Crystal worked with our schedule for every venue visit and was so supportive each step of the way.
If i could give this venue a million stars i would. We came back to the venue the morning after and it made me tear up knowing this was probably the last i would see this beautiful venue.
This venue is an absolutely amazing i can rave on for days. You will not regret booking your wedding or special event here.

From the moment I inquired with Hawk Ranch, I received professional service from Kylie. After my initial inquiry, Kylie, within reasonable time, reached out and provided me some basic information about what they offer which was sufficient enough for me to decide to tour the place.

As I entered the gate/driveway, I was immediately impressed with the beautiful grounds. Kylie greeted me in the parking lot and showed me around the property while explaining all of the grand options we can do to enhance the area even more for a wedding.

I toured the property the morning after it rained. Although there was no time for the area to dry, there were no puddles or heavily saturated areas.

Each person I passed on the property greeted me with a friendly smile making my visit feel warm and welcome. Even the gentlemen laying new sod were friendly and courteous.

After my tour, I came home and reviewed gallery photos from the website, along with hashtagged photos on IG. I was even more impressed with the property after doing so. From reviewing those photographed moments, I can see how much care and attention they put into make the property and their events absolutely amazing.

I am looking forward to working further with Kylie and Hawk Ranch.

Just last week I had my wedding at Hawk Ranch and let me tell you they did an AMAZING job. When I say nothing went wrong, I mean it. Crystal and Kylie far exceeded every expectation I had and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went perfectly. Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to Crystal and Kylie for all of their hard work throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they were with us every step of the way and always willing to help. Hawk Ranch was the first venue we visited and we loved it instantly. It is truly beautiful and the people make it even better. We received so many compliments from our guests and I am just so happy with how it all turned out. I cannot recommend Hawk Ranch Weddings enough? Thank you all (especially Crystal and Kylie) for making everything perfect!

My fiance and I had an appointment here as screened wedding venues. We arrived at the gate and as directed called. There was no answer and voice mail box was full. We tried several times and left. We were called back and told that the person out appointment with had a family emergency and that her assistant would help us. This was absolutely the worst presentation I have ever been party too. It was like this young lady could not get rid of us quick enough and she spoke so quickly that much of what she said was lost. Once we sat down I stopped her and told her that we were resetting this conversation and I asked many questions. So regardless of party size it is the same flat rate and then everything is Ala cart. They have what they call a bar but you have to pay extra for the bartender and double that if you want 2 and you provide the alcohol. When we asked about the cake, it was suggested that we get our cake at Sam's club. By my semi final tally the price had risen quickly and we would providing many things on our own. What they call all inclusive is nowhere near that at all. They have no seasonal prices. We were told that we would be provided the final quote either that evening or the next day, we are still waiting on that. Highly suggest that you check other venues like Wedgewood before going with this venue. Totally unhappy with the experience.

The owner responded to my review stating that they had taken steps to correct their horrible service however to date nobody from this venue has hit to reach out to my fiance and apologize or give her a quote. Find a different venue other than this.
