When I thought I had no hope in getting a car I was very disappointed, but all that changed at Hawthorne Motors Pre-Owned. Mike was our sales person and he made our car buying process enjoyable. Mike was very professional, and knowledgeable about his inventory. He was also very polite and kind during the whole process. My daughter bought her today. This was her first auto purchase and he made it a great experience. So when I am ready to purchase another car I will definitely go back to purchase my next car from Hawthorne Motors.

There are tons of dealerships along Hawthorne Blvd, but this is the only one I visited that felt like a business deal and not a hustle. Sean was very professional and patient. I had a minor problem with the car that was covered under warranty and Sean handled it, no problem. Very professional.

The people there really did help me with everything and they were the only ones that took time to help me and I was able to get the car that I really wanted!

I called and complained about how rude the receptionist was for refusing to provide her name! The sales manager Shaun hung up on me when I asked for the owner info to buy a car. The manager Shaun screamed at me, they have no patience at all. These people are tacky and rude! Don’t buy from here!

The whole team was so welcoming patient and honestly really just made me feel so comfortable after I was done there I couldn't wait to looking forward to recommended them to al my friends and family thank you everyone

I wasn't hassled, rushed, or coerced, I felt comfortable the whole time, well all the way until I had to let my hard earned money go! Ther e's a young man there named Willie, and mr. Ostorga and the owner mr. Sean they made this so easy. They were so calm and helpful no one sweated.it LOL! They work with me when they really didn't have to.they still worked with me even kept the car when I was a little late from coming back to make the final purchase! So that I thought that was just more than exemplary.they made it easy from the time I step into the door, to inquire about the automobile they were selling until I was out the door with the keys wonderful wonderful staff I love them will definitely come back and have already told others about this dealership
