This place is a disaster! They have people working here that are NOT I REPEAT NOT qualified! This place cares only about collecting papers and not the safety. Every worker I came across have been unqualified.i am going to send out a letter to the city or the state to investigate this place properly because at the end they are handling cases that involve minors. If they are this unprofessional imagine how they handle each case?
Everyone was nice to me and went out of their way to help me. Get there early and be patient. /C
My worker never answer my calls I leave so many voicemails and no return. Never got my benefits because she never call me back and let me know if she receives my paper works. Very disappointing.
I been trying to contac them for a week now. No one has answered my calls. My worker does not responds back to my emails and million voicemails I sent her. Every time I call their office they keep you on the phone for almost 2 hours without answering your call. How is this place still running? I don’t understand the 5 star reviews, it has to be fake from someone working at this facility. This place staff are unprofessional and are not qualified. They are incompetent for their position.
