Hazumi Sushi Bar, Granite Bay CA

We had the "Love" roll, and one other roll (sorry can't remember) with Miso soup and Gyoza! Fantastic food and lots of it! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved my meal here. Quality sushi, great atmosphere, appeared to be family run and they were very prompt and accommodating.

The bento boxes were reasonably sized with a nice assortment of options and items. The miso soup was good and the wakame seaweed salad was good. I tried the CuCu roll which was fresh and refreshing. I had a veggie yaki soba which was delicious. Additionally somehow the avocado roll was somehow particularly good!

The restaurant was pretty busy although not that many people were dining in.

Update: we came back again and we were just as satisfied. I think I need to bring a bigger appetite for the next trip!

Sushi and sashimi was disgusting. Not fresh, and tasted funny.but the soup was excellent at least. Service was ok but slow yet it wasn’t busy. They cater to Caucasian folks… underwhelmed and was not satisfied.

The service was great and the restaurant was extremely clean. Big red flag though when it's a weekend and the parking lot is empty and so is the restaurant. I still decided to give it a chance. The rules are extremely small and overpriced, it was around $30 for two tiny rolls, miso soup and a Pepsi before tip. Everything tasted bland and not fresh at all, some of the fish actually tasted like it was old. I honestly had to force myself to down everything and I had to do it in between Pepsi shots because it wasn't good. I used to live in Japan and and I know good authentic sushi and this definitely is not it. The service was great though, the restaurant was extremely clean and everybody was happy to see you, they greeted you when you came in and out. But the sushi was pretty bad. As for the miso soup, it was great and that was the only thing I actually enjoyed from the food. I'm not sure where all these high star reviews are coming from, but people don't know sushi. It's also the only sushi restaurant in Granite Bay so that could be the reason why people keep going, no other options.

Husband and I live cross the street even if we had to walk to the next city we would gladly wear out some shoes! Hopefully that says it all. Ismael and Billie

Vegetarian rolls are all good! Tempura is on point too. Had a zigzag hand roll with soy wrap and it was delicious also. Best sushi in the area. Must try it out for yourself. Eat local!

Amazing sushi for a great price with good service, the fan favorite is the lion king roll but they have many other options, and at happy hour they have many cheap rolls

Love the food. We eat here at least once a week.people are so kind and professional. They contribute to a nice dining experience. The menu offers a wide variety of choices.all are excellent. Highly recommend.
