Nothing but great things to say about my experience with HD Laser. Hugh was prompt with his communication, and quoted a 30 minute turn-around for my engraving, which took less than 20! I'm beyond thrilled with my gift!

HD Laser is amazing! Hugh was so nice and helpful. I went in to have two bottles custom engraved. I had an idea on design and Hugh helped me finalize the design and engraved the bottles right then. They came out beautifully! I would HIGHLY recommend!

I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and products provided by Hugh at his small business. From the moment I walked in with a last-minute request for a personalized gift, he went above and beyond to ensure that not only was I satisfied, but that the end result was exceptional.

I had previously purchased a personalized product on Etsy that was not up to my expectations and would not be resolved in time. I was in a bit of a panic, but Hugh was able to ease my worries. He took the time to listen to my request when I brought in an image for him to use as a guide. Despite my tight deadline, he was able to etch the glass on the spot and made sure to get my approval on the design before proceeding.

What impressed me the most was when Hugh brought me to his engraver and allowed me to review the software code before he continued with the etching. This level of attention to detail and customer involvement is truly rare and speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work.

This entire process only take about 30 minutes, and it also saved me from having to make an additional trip to La Jolla to pick up the gift. As someone who lives in Point Loma, this was greatly appreciated.

I am amazed by the exceptional service and quality of work provided by Hugh. It's no surprise that his business has not only survived but thrived in a competitive industry. Thank You soooo much Hugh for all your help! You really made my day today! I went through 3 different engraving stores today before stumbling across HD Laser, and was beginning to lose hope and just give up, but Hugh saved the day and was able to do exactly what I needed done, in no more than 5 minutes, while the other shops either told me, “They couldn’t do it” “I need to spend at least $100 minimum in order for them to accept the job” “They need to keep the product for at least 24 hours” or worst of all *They don’t engrave the piece itself, they engrave a piece a metal, and I would have to purchase double sided tape and stick the metal (engraved) piece onto my product myself… <—Gold Medallion Awards Shop. What gem to find Hugh and his amazing set up! It is rare to find someone like this who is a true master of his art. You can tell Hugh really loves and cares about his work. He took the time to customize our engraving (in Danish) on a special gift, a stainless steal knife and wooden box. And it turned out even better than we could have hoped for. We highly recommend and will come back for any future engraving projects. Thank you!:)
