Good materials and prices. Although Customer Service is Suspect! (Just Bad). No one helps there. Basically do it yourself!

Four stars only because it's my first visit, which was very good. Excellent prices and selection, solid competent employees. Bought windows for construction. Warehouse style, safely laid out, huge selection. Carts in good repair, easy access though rush hour traffic on I-5 will limit access, not their fault.

Awesome selection of anything you're looking for when remodeling. Superb service (Juan & Cedric were especially helpful).

This place is awesome. The worker by the name of Marvin is the best.he not only help us to find the items needed but also assisted with placing them in the truck.

Rental equipment is not serviced on a regular basis. Needed a bobcat with grappler bucket & 2 on hand leaked. Left empty handed, after being there over an hr. Do not trust their equipment.

There's this guy name Adel that not only he's lazy but he is the worst and don't even wanna help the customer

I like contractor warehouse cheaper than home Depot but you have to be careful sometimes they get you with over priced items if u don't pay attention

Has all your needs but management seemed like my grandma's questions were bothering them. Just pointed and walked away with confirming my grandma understood. Alot nicer people at Lowes and Home depot

Website suks and not in a good way, locations pick Montebello, products went to cabinets then kitchen granite counter tops, find a store and it chooses some maintenance facility.

The store is good but the workers there are not useful at all they don't respond back to the questions you asked them or even try to help you only one guy there was helpful & that was the guy in charge of stocking up at the doors in the door section

Phenomenal Customer Service was provided William! There was only one attic aluminum ladder available, as a display, and William went above and beyond. He contacted several HDs, but no luck. He even checked on backorder fill dates, which were several weeks away. Thank you, HD, for having William. He is a true asset, and most importantly, he did not tell me, "This is not my department. ", when I approached him (you know, like other "employees" in those other H%me D*p%t stores!

On vanity cabinets, its prices have increased significantly. One cabinet went up $57. It's still a good alternative place to buy items when renovating.that's if you've done your homework & compared prices & quality at other locations. There's some things that you shouldn't buy sight unseen.

Before paying, make sure your intended purchase isn't defective, i.e, scratched or dented. They can be fussy later.

I went to home depot and tile for less. I had the best service at HD. Customer service rep was excellent he helped me choose my tile and helped me figure out how much I would need. He helped me locate everything I needed. As a women, and not very sure of all the details Erik was very patient and explained other things I may need for my project. I will be back to HD because of people like Erik who take their time with customers and their patience for people like me who have many questions. HD keep hiring people like Erik I will choose HD over Lowes or Home Depot just because of the service you get at HD.

Huge warehouse very impressive they sell quality solid wood doors windows quality sinks toilets and much much more. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially in the lumber.

Most of the time I find all my items here. I'm a contractor plus I own a seller's permit therefore, tax exempt. I Shop items here daily because is closer to my shop. However, every time there are issues with them not finding my seller's permit. Their customer service has never been the best when it comes to scanning my membership because they have to go look for it, but today I received the worst customer service in the last 7yrs of daily purchases. Apparently, they just couldn't find it. Therefore, it doesn't exist! The guy at the register first argued then totally ignored me and proceeded to ring me up plus charged me taxes (when I'm tax exempt) after waiting for so long I left home, paying taxes, very frustrating, overwhelmed and disappointed and more to find out the guy at the register was supposed to be someone in charged.

HD Supply always has what I need to remodel including AO Smith Water Heaters! Great service here.
