We have yet to receive a bad experience. All the employees are pleasant and helpful. I hope they get AC units installed for them soon. I don't know how they work in that hot environment and carry on so we'll with customers they definitely earned the cool air! Hint hint @management

I stopped by at their facility yesterday with the intention to purchase all new cabinets for my kitchen. I asked for help in the cabinet department and was informed that I would have to wait for someone from that specific department. Finally, I was able to speak to a guy at the front of the store. I asked to go to the section again to see my options but he stated he had to stay in the front of the store. He assisted with trying to note down the measurements they had based on my measurements and style needed. I informed him I would be going back home to do a second round of measurements now based on their inventory to see if hey fit my kitchen. We returned today, the guy wasn’t there anymore so I asked someone else for help. They stated they would be sending someone right over to the department. A worker came and begin assisting us however when my dad was trying to ask him a question he began getting smart saying”well I’m telling you this is what we have” he had a very bad attitude. To top it off everything that we needed they didn’t have in stock. The worker kept asking for inventory check over the radio they would tell him they had x number of pieces but they didn’t actually have any in stock. He stated they would be able to call another store to do a physical check. I was there for over 3 hours and walked out empty handed. I was informed I can go to the next nearest location myself to see if they actually had the items because they only went based on their system. I never leave reviews but I was very upset at the way that we were getting tossed from worker to worker and getting nowhere. I decided to drive up to Carson and made my entire purchase their. They lost on a sale of almost $3,000 I would love to see what the manager thinks of that.

A very busy place! But the staff do their very best to get you and out as quickly as possible. Very friendly staff!

Place has a good selection of materials only thing that I didn't like was some of the stuff that the have outside did not have barcodes you have to wait for price check on the item.

Great customer service. Plenty of staff to answer my questions & help me find the cloth shades I was looking for. My son found a snack to munch.

I give 4 Stars for materials are reasonable but alot of damaged stuff for, also customer service is terrible.

Awesome! If you need something or notice a defect on the merchandise they will replace, repair or reduce the price. We choosed to reduce price since the defect was minor and wouldn't be visible on the glass sliding doors.

Be prepared to spend more time than planned. Short in stuff and a bit lazy I would say. Like they don't enjoy working there

That is okay. Some employees are little irresponsible. Bit problem how process to return parts and supple. Prices are great.

I went to HD Supply Home Improvement company in Gardena on January 22nd looking for a kitchen faucet. However they didn't have the kitchen faucet that I wanted in stock. The representative checked his computer and said that there were eight in stock at the HD Supply Company located in Paramount. So I went to the one in Paramount I didn't see any faucet on their shelves for I requested assistance. The representative requested for someone to come to the faucet department on his intercom to assist me. After waiting 15 minutes no one showed I went back up to the customer service desk to let them know and they requested assistance for me once again on the intercom. I waited additional 15 minutes but no one showed so I left unsatisfied. That was one wasted trip.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. An employee interrupted his break to immediately help me locate a door. He stood by with me while got phone conformation.

Great prices and a big selection of items that you won't find at The Home Depot or Lowes. The checkout process can be a nightmare at times.

HD really takes care of business and its customers. Omar and his dedicated team always takes care of me and my company. The employees are always willing to help and give us great customer service. They always have all the materials I need and if not its ordered and coms in quickly. Thank you for all your help HD's management and great employees.

Walked in asked about a patio door 96x80 he said it's shows its in stock he said can i call you when I locate it I said yes 1 hour later he calls it's hear I went back to store he said he would deliver next day which was perfect.

Prices wern't that great. They were only a few cents less than that of Home Depot. I will keep HD supply in mind in the future as a fall back for items I might need, lumber, etc that is out of stock at Home Depot.

Horrible place! Manager would not bring items down off the shelf. How am I supposed too come back here when I drove 20 miles just to get here. Never coming back. Unprofessional.
