Costume services is to slow they can have you up to 15 minutes standing there and also they ignore you

My experience went as follows. I went in two days before ordering an asked if they deliver shingles roof top. They said yes for an additional fee (approx $180). I went in two days later, ordered shingles, ridge cap, etc and asked then to deliver rooftop on Tuesday as the roofers were coming Wednesday. Tuesday show up and the driver tells me he can't put them on the roof, he can raise his forklift up, but I would have to unload them. What? I thought roof top delivery meant to deliver them on my roof. I called the store and they repeated what the driver said but began to use the term roof edge. First time I heard that term. I sent them back (I'm 68 and can't unload 24 squares (72 bundles). I went back in to the store to get refunded and they would not cover the delivery fee, I"m out close to $200 for doing business with them with nothing to show. These people, however nice they may be, do not ask the right question, give the right information, nor take any responsibility for what was their mistake. I will not do business with them again.

I never go anywhere else for lumber. Being able to drive up to the exact Lyme you need and then loading your truck and driving to check out is AWESOME!

Love this store. Some staff is knowledgeable and some are not high turn over seems like but usually have everything that I need

Love this place for all of our remodeling needs. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, no one walks past you in the store without asking if they can help or find someone who can. Highly recommend for any size job, large/small and the CBC club is a must!

Terrific place for certain requirements. Not somewhere you can expect to get much help from staff as they are quite scarce. More of a contractor supply store than a retail / homeowner level outlet. Mostly rough-in and raw construction materials. Limited finishing supply

Amazing hardware store, has everything that any other hardware store. Espically good filtered masks for this terrible air quality we are having in the sacramento area. If you need a mask, they have some for sale!

My first couple times in these store was a little off putting, like others have commented, it feels dark and a little uncomfortable with hi/low tempatures. However, I have found materials/parts the other stores dont cary, for comparable prices and even some lower prices.

First time I needed something from the yard, no one offered to help, but second time in i asked if i could get a hand and they did the loading for me. I think their style is to just leave you alone unless you ask for help.

There was not that many people there. It was quiet, no problem with finding what I needed. Everything was plainly marked and easy to understand.
I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The check out was very smooth, I am a happy customer, and I saved some money.

Better prices than home depot, and easier the get lumber and other material. You can just drive up, and grab what you need.

Prices are better than Lowe's/HomeDepot.good starting point to make sure contractor is not ripping you off. Very friendly and attentive customer service personnel and they know what they have.unlike HomeDepot where you can die in the aisle waiting for service.to them time is money.recommend them to start and ending with if their prices remain better than competitive.good stone material.and other building materials.

Selection is limited but prices can't be beat. I got a pre-manufactured 2 sink vanity, including sinks for 1/3 the cost of quotes I got from counter and granite shops.

They always have what I'm looking for, especially when it's putting together an older home. Stuff I can't ever find in home depot.

Building or remodeling this is the first stop for the best price. Not as bright or very well heated, air conditioned or dry as some others but bargains galore.

Worst experience ever! My order was delayed and nobody called me to let me know! Worst service! I called them several times and they were just clueless!
