Dr. Shane is the best. I have been around. This is the best chiropractic treatment you can find in SD. Dr. Shane explains everything in detail and then goes to work. Every staff member I met was extremely welcoming and helpful. Dr. Stanfill did a great job of listening to my history, applied appropriate treatments that helped, and gave me some great stretches and activations to do at home. both Caitlin and the front desk woman I think her name is Jennifer were very warm and welcoming the front desk was very helpful with directions when I got lost and Caitlin's massage techniques were excellent she's very experienced and knew what she was doing she didn't cause any unnecessary pain and got all the tight areas

on top of that I would just say that Caitlin was made me feel very at home she was very welcoming and had a kind demeanor

When I first came to Healcove I immediately felt a sense of calmness. (Not something I am known for) I met with Dr. Travis. We chatted for a bit and set up a future appointment. I received an email reminder and a pre-appointment questionnaire. My appointment was with Tolga. Tolga spent time getting to know me before treating me. He built rapport and established a relationship that placed trust in him and his abilities.
Tolga took his time, explained what he was going to do before he did anything. Tolga observed, assessed, suggested modifications to my breathing, and provided a plan for future treatments. I felt better physically and mentally after leaving your facility. Thank you!

The office is beautiful and welcoming. I loved that there was tea and water available for us while we wait. Nice music was playing, it was very clean even with their construction going on in the other room, you couldn't tell. Ocean and Maple, the dogs, were so cute and very sweet.
Mae at the front desk was very kind and informative. I booked my appointment the day prior with Dr. Travis and he was also very kind. I was seen by Dr. Kelly, who was very knowledgeable about adjustments and talked me through each step of the session. Made me feel safe and cared for as a pregnant person. Can't wait to come back!
